Felt the property didn’t match the photos but it’s was adequate none the less. It was an emergency stay due to a flight cancellation so we were grateful none the less. Got an Uber easily enough and there is a train station very nearby.

Good location, close to ReR station into Paris and surrounding area, cheap at €2.50 each way! Quiet area, some shops nearby. Hotel a little tired but acceptable. Nice small pool and jacuzzi. Studio room was ok, good that the kitchen had a microwave, a larder fridge, dishwasher and a welcome pack for the sink etc. Very large comfy bed. Small yet adequate bathroom with a bath, had to sit sideways on the loo as it was closely facing the wall! Extractor fan didnt work and a bulb was out over the sink. Took me ages to work out how to change the channels on the TV to find out there were no english channels tuned in, not even BBC news 😑. Didnt realise until late on the second night there was a nasty stain on the matress, right by my pillow! Showed the staff the next morning and their repy was 'oh'. Telephone didnt work so had to go down from the 4th floor to order breakfast for the next day, which at €20 each it wasnt worth it, book this in advance its way cheaper! Only 1 lift working which was a nightmare when a massive group of eastern European school trip teenagers were checking in one night!

They children loved it !! For a 4 star they need to fix the wardrobe very difficult to open it , also the room card keeps on stoped working it was frustrating and one one staff trying to blame me that I have been mixing it with my phone. Other wise other staff was very nice.

I liked the general cleaniliness, hospitable staff, very friendly but the communication about charges for me and my wife's breakfast wasnt clear. I ended up having to spend extra money i was not prepared for. The breakfast charges should be included on the daily price.

One and DONE!!! My foot was cut and bleeding due to a missing grate in the hot tub… The hotel staff seemed more concerned about the fact that they would have to fix the hot tub for other guests instead of me bleeding and being in pain for days. They were FRIENDLY, but basically useless.

Pros: The hotel is located close to Massy palaiseau train station which is very good to get to Paris or CDG airport. Our apartment was spacious enough for family of four and it was clean enough. Cons: We got there after 3pm, and we were told to wait as our room wasn't ready, we waited for like an hour and half after finally checking in, we got to the room and the cleaner was still cleaning. Air-conditioned doesn’t work, so hot in the room. Very uncomfortable and disappointing. The air-conditioned doesn’t work, we couldn't sleep the first two nights as it was too hot in the room, very terrible experience we had.

La chambre n'est pas nettoyé tout les jours. De plus, nous avons eu les poubelles de salle de bain et poils des occupants précédents. Les rideaux pourraient être nettoyés. La piscine est sympa s'il n'y a pas trop de monde. Le personnel est accessibles et accueillant.

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble, mais plusieurs points à revoir. Hôtel bien situé et spacieux. Accueil correct et personnel (surtout les jeunes femmes à la réception) très professionnel et aimable. Merci à elles ! Par contre, gros manque d’entretien (usure visible, odeurs dans les couloirs), et un incident à la piscine : une plaque du plafond est tombée à deux pas d’une famille… Autre souci : manque de clarté dans le règlement de la piscine pour les enfants. On nous a interdit l’accès avec un bébé alors que d’autres familles étaient présentes. Incohérence frustrante. Malgré tout, merci au personnel pour leur accueil chaleureux !

C'était pour un séjours professionnel. Le fauteuil est vieux et déchiré. Les 2 portes grincent celle des toilettes et celle de la chambre. Ils sont très stricte et économe au niveau des sachets de nescafé. On les donne par 1 de chaque sorte. Ils n'ont pas prévue des bonbonne anti-moustiques. Il y avait pleins de traces sur le plafond et les murs. Certes ce ne sont pas la qualité de Dubaï. Mais ce serait bien d'avoir un coin bureau. Le lavabo evacue lentement l'eau. La toilette est exiguë. Et le porte rouleau de papier mal placé qui vous empêche de vous installer confortablement sur la lunette. Vous êtes désaxé.
