In the newest of all Portofino towers, this unit has Gulf views from every room and is only steps away from the sugar white sands and emerald colored waters.

This 6th floor Tower 5 unit offers unobstructed sunset views. While the Gulf is the true gem, the Santa Rosa Sound can be seen as well. Tower 5 is the favorite of visitors and residents. It offers the best beach access while the lifestyles center is only a short walk and offers a full service spa, restaurants, exercise machines/free weights, infinity pools over the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound, an indoor Olympic pool, 5 composition clay tennis courts and much more.

This resort is a best kept secret of luxury on the Gulf Coast. When not bathing in the Gulf's emerald colored waters, enjoy one of the lifestyles infinity pools with full service poolside food and beverage, or for convenience Tower 5 has its own swimming pool and hot tub. Portofino hosts a total of 8 swimming pools and 8 hot tubs. If you play golf, there is easy access to a nearby course.

Rest well in a comfortable queen sized bed in either of the Gulf view rooms. A rollaway bed and sleeper sofa are available, and while the resort allows up to 6 guests in the unit, the sleeper sofa is not ideal for adults. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishware and silverware. Linens and towels along with extras are provided throughout the unit.

Our stay at this condo was amazing! The views of the Gulf were absolutely beautiful. We had a small issue at check-in, but the owners quickly resolved it and went above and beyond to make things right. The beach access was fantastic, and we loved spending time at the pools, restaurant, and hot tubs. The whole resort was relaxing, clean, and beautifully maintained. We can’t wait to come back

Wonderful Beachfront Condo

This condo was extremely clean and comfortable, and suited all of my needs while traveling in Pensacola. My husband and I had a truly wonderful stay! The highlight was definitely the balcony – it offered a breathtaking view of the beach. The sunset views were absolutely magical.The space was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing escape. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked. We also loved how peaceful and clean the resort area was – the perfect mix of privacy and convenience. We enjoyed walks along the shoreline, and it was just a short drive to great restaurants and shops.Highly recommend this place for couples looking to unwind and enjoy beautiful beach views. Fantastic location and beautiful balcony!

Everything was great! This unit is located in tower 5 which is at the end of the resort and bit quieter with its own little path for direct beach access. Each room has stunning views of the gulf and the balcony is spacious with views of both the gulf and the bay. Would 10/10 recommend and hope to return soon!

Allen is a great host. Very responsive! Condo is very spacious perfect for a family of four. The view is amazing from the kitchen & living room. Everything was clean and the furniture is new! Perfect Vacation

The condo was better than expected. It has some updates from the pictures and all were great! There are now blinds rather than curtains and that makes the view much better from all of the windows. Communication with Allen was amazing and he answered all our questions quickly.

Amazing Views with Easy Beach Access

The condo was just as described and met our desire for a lovely vacation spot with easy beach access and incredible views of the gulf! It worked well for our family, though may be better for adults. There was a glass table, for example and other fixtures that made me slightly nervous with our young boys. However, we spent most of our time at the pool and beach! Allen was a wonderful host! He was easy to reach and even had recommendations for restaurants on the strip. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Responsive Owner & Wonderful Unit

The owner was very quick to respond to any inquiries I had, very helpful and informative. The property was exactly as advertised and pictures provide were current. The furnishing and carpeting were in great condition, the linens were clean, and the kitchen was appropriately stocked with the essential small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender, can opener) along with sufficient cookware and utensils. The unit has a queen bed in each bedroom, which both were comfortable and the living room has a sofa bed which we did not utilize. The master bedroom has a desk which was great for a dedicated space to setup a laptop, take care of a few work items or to take a few professional phone calls without being in the main living area or sitting on a bed in the bedroom. All rooms in the unit have access to the balcony. The balcony has its own private grill, a table with a couple of chairs and loungers plus a great view of the gulf!

This property was great. We found this last second for an impromptu 4th of July getaway and it did not disappoint. The walk to the beach is easy and it is not overly busy…even on the 4th. Everything is very clean, well kept, and efficient for a stress free getaway. We loved having a grill right on the balcony. The first time we used it we ended up having to call someone bc the heating element was out. There was someone there and he had it fixed within the hour. Property owner is very attentive and even gave us a call to see if we had any questions before we left. Then emailed us all the extra info on events and services at the resort. I highly highly recommend this property and will very likely visit again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner, Allen, was the best. He quickly coordinated a last-minute reservation and same day arrival. He was always responsive, and helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, and answers to any questions. He even texted us on our last day and offered to let us stay an extra night for free! The condo was clean, and comfortable with a balcony offering beautiful gulf views. Portofino is great. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. We especially enjoyed the large, modern and well-equipped gym, the pools, and the beach. The beach experience reminded us of the "old days." The attendants provided friendly, personalized service, checking on us throughout the day, adjusting our umbrella as the sun moved. And unlike most beaches nowadays, there was only one row of umbrellas and that were spaced at least 20 ft apart allowing for quiet and privacy. And there are 10+ miles of national seashore adjacent to the property, so no crowds of people, just miles of open beach. Will definitely stay here again.
