Four (4) adult size bikes as well as beach chairs and umbrellas included. Short distance from the beach, directly on 30-A, across the street from the Big Chill. We loved our stay in this condo - it was exactly as described & the pictures! It had everything we needed & the host was super helpful for dining options, beach access, etc. It was walking distance to the Big Chill - which we visited daily. We went to the Deer Lake State park beach access (3 min drive) and was super easy & beautiful. The condo location was perfect spot on 30A- we visited both east & west to explore all the little towns on the e 30A stretch. Can’t wait to visit again!!

SO clean and outstanding communication with host. Great location, kitchen well stocked and most comfortable beds. Plenty of beach towels and chairs to use as well as bikes. Wonderful stay for four ladies, our girls get away. Would love to rent this property again.

Wonderful Trip

Our family really enjoyed our time here. The house was nice and just as listed. Communication with the owners was easy and great. The shuttle service to the beach was very reliable and nice to have. Would stay here again in the future.

We had a great stay! Location convenient to beaches, shops and restaurants! The property itself was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. Amenities were perfect and useful! Perfect family getaway to 30a!

Our family of 4 traveled down to 30a for a vacation and this property was perfect! Very clean, spacious, well stocked with everything you need from kitchen supplies to beach gear, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed going to the pool and beach every day and walking over to the Hub. Communication with the owner was easy as well!

30th Anniversary

My wife and I stayed here for our 30th Anniversary. The home is pristine and located in the middle of a lot of fun things to do. The fact that bikes were provided was a plus for us. The owner was very quick with communication and this was a great stay for us.

From the moment we arrived, everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for a beach vacation and made it so easy to just relax and enjoy every minute. The condo itself was spotless and well kept, and we loved that everything you could possibly need was already there. Nothing was missing and we never had to make a single run for supplies, which made the whole trip feel seamless from start to finish.The community pool is absolutely incredible and quickly became our go to spot after getting back from the beach. And when the sun goes down, being walking distance to The Big Chill made the nights just as good as the days. Such a fun spot that added so much to the overall experience.The host was fantastic throughout the whole process, super communicative and made check in and check out a breeze. If you are looking for a stress free beach getaway, look no further. This one checks every box. Highly recommend to anyone and we are already looking forward to coming back!

Perfect Getaway

This property is great spot for a beach getaway. My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The property is as advertised and is very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed at the property and communication with management was great. We felt like we were in a great central location and was close to everywhere we wanted to visit while we were there as well. We absolutely had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. We were really sad to leave and wished we could have stayed a few more days!

We had a great week while visiting with friends who were also in Prominence. This property is exactly as advertised. Very well appointed from kitchen to beach towels, chairs and bikes. The property owner is AMAZING! She was very accommodating with our crazy schedule. She has the property stocked with everything you would need and then some. Our favorite thing was riding the bikes the property owner provided. I would highly recommend this property!

Stunning condo!

We had a great time staying at the beautiful condo over spring break with our 2 teenagers. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kids loved riding the bikes around the area. The Hub across the street was a fun area to visit and shop. Appreciated the towels and beach chairs to use. Owner was very helpful and responsive to answer questions and provide recommendations for the area. We would love to stay here again!
