Heritage Palms is a gated and bundled golf community where membership and golf privileges are included with every home purchase. Our Club is located in Fort Myers, Florida off of Six Mile Cypress, between Colonial Boulevard & Daniels Parkway.
Our Community consists of over 800 acres, and features two immaculate 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Azinger & Lewis. 45 freshwater lakes and ponds, lush fairways, and 179 acres of nature preserves surround our homes and facilities. Within this gated community, there are 40 neighborhood associations including Luxury Twin Villas, 2- story Verandas, 4-story Terrace Condominiums, Single-Family Homes and Single-Family Estate Homes. Since all 1662 owners are also members, there is an immediate intrinsic sense of camaraderie. By living here, you get to take advantage of all the amenities our Club has to offer
