About this property

Perfect location close to the main club, activity center and neighborhood pool

Ground-floor Veranda/Dogwood floorplan with beautiful view over the small lake to the 8th hole on the Royal course. Lanai's at the front and back of the unit with a sunny breakfast nook looking out over the lake and course. 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, plus study/den and detached garage. 75' from the neighborhood pool and a 3-minute walk over to the main clubhouse, golf center, tennis courts and the main pool area. Only a short 4-minute walk over to the fitness center. The Heritage Palms Lodge with library, card room, art room, bocce courts and the famous poolside Tiki Bar & Grill is only 1.3 miles from the condo.

The master bathroom has just been completely re-modeled and the den is set up as a home office, with desk and office chair - ideal for a working-from-home professional. The neighborhood pool is right across the street and the practice putting & chipping green is right behind the pool - this is the best location in Heritage Palms!

Minimum rental is 3 months and include taxes and utilities:
September/October: $3,500/month
November/December: $4,750/month
January/February/March/April 2026: $5,975/month
May 2026 onwards: $3,500/month

Special 6-month rental for a rental starting in 2025: $22,500 for 6-months. Including high season

Renters are able to join the club as temporary members for a one-off membership transfer fee (payable to the club directly) of $500. This provides access to all club facilities and amenities including golf - cart fees are still payable per round played.

Super Clean Super Comfortable.

This is a very clean and beautiful condo. It is very light and airy and has tons of room in the kitchen and living areas to spread out. The grounds are very well kept and beautiful. Chris the hostess was very nice and answered any calls or questions immediately. We were going to try another condo in the same area but decided to re-book this for a longer stay.

We used to VRBO our Breckenridge, CO ski condo years ago, and purchased this beautiful property at the wonderful Heritage Palms estate 18 months ago. We like it so much here, we just bought a house at Heritage Palms! So are looking to rent out the condo now - we prefer long-term rentals though. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions! Why they chose this property

This condo is in such a great location - so close to the club and with the neighborhood pool right across the street. Walk to the club, athletic center, tennis courts - no need to take a car unless you go out to the shops. The garage is also part of the rental - not always the case with Heritage Palms rentals.
