Rental of two identical chalets and a small apartment in the French Vosges in the small village of Le Tholy, a stone's throw from Gérardmer.
This chalet, located just outside the small village of Le Tholy, is available for seasonal rental for a weekend, several days or a week of complete relaxation.
You will enjoy the warm atmosphere of a real chalet and the welcome of the inhabitants of the Vosges

DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHALET DES VOSGES (Le Tholy-Gérardmer)

3 bedrooms (2-3-5) in the chalet and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and toilet, spacious living room kitchen with equipped kitchen and dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, lounge area for all and sofa bed, panoramic terrace of 30 m2, playground, ski room, games room and petanque court. To complete the offer and especially for a question of comfort, we have added a large bedroom in the basement apartment with a 3rd bathroom.
New playground, petanque court and outdoor terrace in klinkers with barbecue area and ski or bike storage room.

ACTIVITIES I CATERING
There are many activities in the region.
Water sports, walks, fishing in ponds and rivers... are some examples for the summer period as well as the daffodil festival in April. But also beautiful walks in the mountains, fun sports and many activities to take your breath away. Beautiful beach by the lakes in summer and in particular at the lake of Xonrupt-Longemer, windsurfing on the lake, nautical walks, pedal boats, punnets, visits to sweets, visit of the clog maker, .....
But this region is also appreciated for its winter sports resorts, which are very popular with holidaymakers who love winter sports.
Gérardmer or La Bresse are only a few minutes away by car.

CATERING
This region offers delicious traditional cuisine.
500 metres from the chalet, the restaurant "Au chant du bois" is already an excellent restaurant with grilled meats and pizzas cooked over a wood fire. It is also the favourite restaurant of our tenants.
For the craziest appetites, we advise you to go to Gérardmer, on the central square which is usually very lively.

Prices ranging from 325 (low season weekend) to 1045 euros (high season week) per weekend and/or week. Personalised offer on request.
Special prices for Christmas (1495 euros per week) and New Year's Eve (1595 euros per week). So from Sunday 20 to 27 December 2026 for the week of Christmas and from 27 December 2026 to 4 January 2027 for the week of the new year. But these two weeks are already booked for 2026.
