So you're minutes away from everything- that's if you ever want to leave the Casa Verde! The outdoor space is truly spectacular- we know you'll love it. You'll also enjoy luxury linens and the highest standard of cleaning by Well & Good Cleaning Services. There are a lot of cookie cutter homes- there is only one Casa Verde!

Perfect for our short getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Verde! It was perfect for our trip to AZ to visit our daughter at ASU. The kitchen is well appointed and communication with the owner was very easy and timely. And the backyard was magnificent!! The location was great for us. An easy commute to Tempe and a short walk to Old Town.

Amazing find!

We really loved staying here, the outdoor area was just splendid. The house is lovely, very well equipped and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were both very clean. The proximity to Old Town Scottsdale was just right. The canal trail is excellent for walking and biking as well. I would definitely stay there again.

Feel in love with the house beautiful from the inside and outside felt as I was in an oasis. Jonathan took his time to detail the home and was very easy to communicate with him had no issues loved everything and would definitely be back 😊

Beautiful place

Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. The backyard pool and hot tub was amazing. Really quite area and the place was very clean and as advertised
