House Rules & Important Information
Please read the following before booking. We want your stay to be enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.

🚭 Non-smoking home. No smoking of any kind.
🐾 We have a nonrefundable pet fee of $200 per pet. . No cats, due to guest allergies. Unauthorized animals will incur a $5,000 fine per violation, plus any necessary deep cleaning or damage fees.
🎉 No parties or events. State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood — please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a device that measures decibel levels only (no audio or video recording). We are notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.
👥 Registered guests only. No guests who are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
🍽️ No Hibachi vendors/services are permitted at this home.
📷 Security cameras monitor the entry door, the front breezeway, and the exterior garage. There are no cameras inside the home.

⚠️ Cancellation Policy Related to Verification
If you choose not to complete verification, please cancel your reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under the cancellation policy). Refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal, delay, or failure to complete verification after that window. We are unable to cancel reservations on behalf of guests who did not complete this step.
