This was a terrific property, well located and very well appointed. The host was great to work with and everything was as listed on the website. It's a great place to take the family and really they have thought of everything that we would want and need. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again. I would say that everything was just about perfect, the only suggestion that I would mention is that the water heater needs to be turned up. I could barely take a shower in the master bath, as it never got warm enough. Other than that is was was a perfect get away.

We loved this family-friendly home, and we made so many great memories. Our boys, ages 11 and 12 (almost 13), enjoyed the foosball table, arcade and movie room. We spent so much time on the putting green and in the pool. The Baja ledge of the pool was a favorite hangout! The hot tub was really nice, too. There was plenty of outdoor seating and we enjoyed grilling out. We will miss our morning coffee by the pool and the relaxing atmosphere of the home. The location was great, too! Only 10 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. Matthew was quick to respond to our questions, making him an excellent host.We will definitely look to rent from Matthew again when our travels bring us back to Scottsdale.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The kids loved the game room, the movie room and most of all, the pool. When they decided the water was too cold on the first day, Matthew was able to get the pool heated within hours. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Phenomenal property to have the opportunity to experience. The location was in close proximity to all major attractions in the Tempe/Scottsdale area. The host has provided top notch amenities such as a beautiful pool and spa with plenty of outdoor seating. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. House is well stocked and extremely clean. Host has excellent communication, and answered all my inquiries in a very timely manner.

Perfect graduation headquarters

We were in Phoenix for college graduation and this was a great spot for the coming and going of our graduate and family visiting from Tucson. We had a great time using the theater space and the hot tub and heated pool, both of which were set at perfect temperatures.
