Old Town Scottsdale oasis with resort style back yard!!!

Close to everything near the heart of Old Town Scottsdale! The spacious floor plan and vaulted ceilings allow guests to be together but never feel crowded. There's a 65" TV in the Living Room for movies, sporting events or just relaxing at the end of a fun day as well as TV's in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals and snacks. The backyard features a swimming pool, hot tub, lounge seating, a gas fire pit, and 52" gas BBQ grill - all perfect for fun and relaxing year-round. WiFi and cable TV are included.

This place was awesome! Within 10-15 minutes to/from anywhere. Very easy driving too (not stressful traffic wherever you go). Best location ever! Pool & patio just as seen in pics - truely! We really enjoyed this place. The place is clean and well maintained. The area is very quiet and well lighted. All appliances and facilities worked well. The place is ideally located close to lots of activities. The pool was very nice and well kept up. An unexpected bonus was a good view of the lovely sunsets when looking down the street. Tim was an exceptional host and the house was perfect. He was very responsive and attentive and made our visit so enjoyable. The house was everything it was advertised to be. We did not use the backyard so l can't really rate the pool. It looked great though. Comfortable beds. Nicely stocked with towels, toilet paper and paper towels! Very clean refrigerator and dishes. Wonderful fireplace!Great location and close to many of the sights. Quiet neighborhood. Nice lazy boy sofa in the living room.We had a wonderful stay. We would return!

I'm excited that I get to share it with people and have made every effort to provide guests with the most fun and relaxing experience possible. I hike often and the photo of me is from the top of Camelback Mountain.

Why they chose this property

This amazing property is significantly newer than most of the homes in the Old Town area - built in 1999. It has a new pool, spa and all the finest amenities (gas BBQ and fire pit). It's been thoughtfully designed to accommodate families or groups of friends for a fun, relaxing and very memorable vacation.
