The Cozy Cumberland is a well-furnished 3 Bedroom 2 Bath “Entire House” with complete privacy

It includes Full Kitchen, High Quality mattress/pillows/linens in the bedrooms, washer/dryer, desk workspace with printer, large dinning room, bluetooth speakers, and plenty of plugs and charging stations

We think this is everything you should expect from a high quality VRBO

Relax and enjoy YOUR time at the quiet and Cozy Cumberland
The space
All three bedrooms have Zinus hybrid coil/memory foam mattresses, high quality pillows, and high quality linens

Care was taken to make sure outlets and USB chargers are near every bed

There are two wifi speakers: a retrofit Drive-In Movie speaker box with JBL and larger Bose Soundlink with free Apple Music via a dedicated iPod

The Full Kitchen has all the basics you would expect to cook and prepare meals per VRBO guidelines

The dinning room table expands to seat 8-10 (only 8 chairs right now)

The workstation includes a desk and printer

The living room includes a Smart (Roku) TV with HDMI inputs and an AppleTV

There is second TV with an AppleTV in the master bedroom

There are 2 bathrooms (one with a nice walk-in shower) with easy to reach and use shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser

Full laundry center with detergent and dryer sheets

Most of the large 1/2 acre yard is in the back yard which has plenty of privacy and a sitting area with small table.

We came to see our Airman. We cooked most meals here. Visited local sites. It was easy to feel relaxed for our 3 day visit. Cozy bath towels and comfy beds.

Great for small family gathering

Lots of indoor & outdoor room for our 2 pre-school grandchildren to play. Large dining table for 8 where the family could all sit for meals. Also, the kitchen is stocked with enough dinnerware to accommodate all. This home was exceptionally clean...even under the beds where the kids did indeed roam! Beds very comfortable over our 4-night stay. Quiet neighborhood. Good communication with our host.

Excellent home for Christmas holiday

Our family has outgrown Grammy’s house when we are all in town for the holidays so the grandkids stayed with the grandparents while the parents stayed at the rental. We had two couples so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom and in the evening we hung out in the den. Most of our time was spent at Grammys so we did not use the dining room or kitchen but they appeared well stocked. And the yard is HUGE! I would expect that we will be renting this again next time we are all in town and crowded.

Perfect place to gather

Our family met in Wichita Falls to celebrate a very special lady’s 82nd birthday. Only two couples stayed overnight at the house but family members gathered there during the day and evening. The property was clean and comfortable. The flow from living room to dining room to kitchen was perfect for eating, visiting, and playing games…as was the big backyard. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
