Conveniently located within minutes to Weirs Beach, boat launches, Jet Ski rentals, boat tours, railroad tours, restaurants, area gaming activities and shopping. Gunstock Ski Resort is a very short 15 minute drive and features cross country and downhill skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing in the winter-the other seasons boast an array of fun activities too! Nice neighborhood. Centrally located in the Lakes Region and is an easy drive to all area attractions including: Outlet shopping, water slides, mini-golf, golf courses, hiking, cruising on the lake, etc. You will love your stay at this outstanding vacation spot!

Gorgeous townhouse located in Evergreen condominiums, with great views of Paugus Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee. This condo is beautifully decorated with new furnishings and appliances. Both bedrooms have queen beds and are on the second floor. There is an additional sleep king bed sofa in the living room. Enjoy the community pool and tennis court, just a short walk from the unit. Convenient drive to a fantastic community beach and many other Lakes Region activities.

This condo was very spacious and clean. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to freshly made blueberry cake! It certainly got our vacation off to a nice start. The owners were very easy to communicate with, and the property is exactly as we expected.

The condo needs a good deep clean and some updating… Most surfaces (counters, end tables) seemed clean but the carpet is covered in stains, vents and fans are covered with dust, crumbs in the kitchen cabinets, scuffs all over the walls, almost all plates and bowls were chipped (and get extremely hot in the microwave even after only 30 seconds), the pot holders were covered with food, pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable, the bed in the bigger bedroom is uncomfortable with a big dip in the middle. There were only 2 extra trash bags and enough dishwasher liquid for 2 runs of the dishwasher (we stayed 7 nights). The owner did have the cleaner drop off more dishwashing pods but she only left 3 - we utilize the kitchen on vacation so sometimes run the dishwasher twice each day. There also were only 3 wash cloths, we bought more. Although the tv is a smart tv, we were unable to download the MLB app because the owner didn’t understand that there is a passcode required to download new apps and just kept saying that they didn’t have a passcode. Also, thankfully my husband quickly realized that the switch in the main bedroom controls one of the lamps if it is on but it also controls the router… so if you use the switch to turn off the lamp, it also turns off the router.The pool and tennis court were nice and the location was great.

Family Visit
