Cheery 3 Bed/2 bath House with lots of parking, 7 min to downtown!

A sweet and cheerful space that feels like home. Thoughtfully designed, with amenities to make your stay as easy + comfortable as possible. Three spacious bedrooms, and huge open floorplan kitchen, dining and living space. Centrally located, easy freeway access, minutes to Downtown Riverside, CBU + UCR.

Recently renovated, clean, and new space!! Additional amenities, washer + dryer, yard pictures coming soon. HUGE PRIVATE outdoor space, but currently the yard is unlandscaped.

We hope you will enjoy + care for this home as much as we do.

Our property is pet friendly, and our large yard is fenced. Our fence is different heights in different places, and gate does close, but we do recommend dogs be leashed and not left outside unattended.

The house was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. We had a great stay and would definitely book again!

Chism Brothers Painting

The Gentlemen had a Painting project in Eastvale where they had to work at night. This was the absolute Perfect home for them. It was Clean, fully stocked with what they needed, Corey was responsive and Friendly! She was very Accommodating to their schedule for a later check out. Should the Gentlemen need to paint in the area again, I will will most certainly Stay at this lovely home!THANK YOU!

Great stay near CBU

It was a nice stay near CBU. We were in Riverside for parent-family-weekend! We truly enjoy being this close to the campus. The hosts were wonderful at communicating with us. They were very kind & polite, even when I asked silly questions. If we ran into any difficulties, they were very responsive. Cory & Erin were great.

Comfortable, convenient home

We thoroughly enjoyed this home in Riverside and would stay there again. Our family of 7 stayed for 6 nights. Although it was warm upstairs during the hot summer days, 2 fans kept the teenagers comfortable. The house was clean and well-stocked. The front porch was a nice spot for coffee in the morning. The hosts were responsive. It was convenient to downtown Riverside and many activities in the surrounding areas.

Nice house

The beds were really comfortable which is always our biggest issue at other homes weve stayed in. It was pretty roomy, but lacked a few things in the kitchen like foil and plastic wrap, and only one sheet pan for the oven. Washer & dryer worked great, even for being outside. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful and spacious.

House is beautiful and very spacious. Slept 3 adults, 2 kids and a toddler very comfortably. Owners were friendly and easy to work with.

Cozy house, great location

The house was clean and presented as advertised. The large yard was great for my dogs to run around, and the location was perfect distance for us to meet with family over Christmas. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and convenient. we had to leave earlier than planned because the yard was not securely fenced for our dogs. Apparently there had been a problem with the gate and it was removed, but we were not advised of this before our arrival. The host was very nice and always available.

Short 2 Night Stay

There were 8 of us needing a place to stay near family for a reunion. Sunshine house was spacious and was able to accommodate all of us without feeling like we were on top of each other. The neighborhood seemed fairly quiet and close to the freeway. The owners were very quick to respond to messages and made sure we had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was that the upstairs room felt extremely hot. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our CBU visit

We were there for our daughter’s college graduation. The kitchen is well equipped. Love that the floors are all a hard surface. The beds are really comfortable. Also love that unscented laundry soap was used to launder the bed linens and towels. Corey was very responsive to the couple of questions we had.
