Freshly renovated by a renowned designer creating a cozy and homey environment for guests who like to enjoy unique places. The historic Spanish Colonial House is located in the beautiful and exclusive historical Wood Street area five minutes from Downtown Riverside. This home is filled with inviting, warm, & light-filled spaces inviting you to relax, let the good vibes flow!

Great stay/great location

We had a great stay at Domi's house. It was as listed on VRBO and optimally located within Riverside. It was very clean when we arrived and the ACs in each room were super helpful as it did get warm in the house.

Beautiful Historic Home!

This is the nicest homes I’ve seen in this area on this site. It’s just as charming in person. I love the downtown Riverside area and so staying here fits with the magic of that area. The owners are great, they made sure to address the hot/cold issue that another visitor experienced before my arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and were very comfortable.

Perfect place to stay to visit family

The house was lovely. My daughter just moved into the area, so it was a perfect place for me to stay. The house was clean and so cute. There is an issue with the hot water in the shower. You have hot water, and then it turns ice cold, and then the hot water comes back on again. I was there for only 3 days and didn't reach out to the owners. But I will definitely stay there again in the future.

No Access to Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator Non-Stop Beeping, and Ants Problem

The location was great, and the house was quaint and generally comfortable. First thing we noticed were the ant swarm in the kitchen, and as the week went on, the ants were everywhere. The most upsetting was when we realized that there was no access to the washer/dryer, even though it was listed as an amenity (only available for two week stays). My incontinent mom had a couple of accidents getting to the restroom - it would have been nice to wash those towels. The last couple of nights, the refrigerator kept beeping, probably the filter. So we left a day earlier, with no compensation for the troubles.
