Lakefront Home - Two Bedroom with Fireplace - Outdoor Hot Tub - Pet Friendly!

CABIN ONE is a gorgeous lakefront two bedroom home, 2500 sq. foot wrap around deck, six person outdoor hot tub, full size bath with shower and washer and dryer. Sleeps six; one queen , twin bunk beds, single twin & full pull out couch. Non Smoking and pets welcome.

The cabin is located on the ground level. There is a walk out basement under the cabin that is used as a office. There is a door that goes to the basement. The door locks on the guest side as well as the office side. This door is always locked. The door is sound proof as well as ceiling of the basement. There is no access to the cabin or any noise that will bother the guest during their stay. The office is has limited hours and has a limited amount of employees that enter it.

The hot tub is located on the lower level, within a gated area, facing the water. It is in front of the office, but there are blinds to give privacy to the guest and the office has limited office hours. There is an inside entrance to the hot tub. (Available during the winter months only.) There are posted hours for when this entrance is available for use.

Our main goal is to respect the guest privacy and provide a relaxing experience.

Clear Lake Resort is located in Northern Michigan on Clear Lake, an all-sports, spring fed and crystal clear. Clear Lake is up to 50 feet deep, contains three islands and has a beautiful sandy shoreline.

If you like to fish, the fishing is great! - You can rent one of our boats or fish off our 400 feet of docks for Walleye, Small Mouth Bass, Northern Pike, Blue Gill and Perch.

Great little cabin

Great cabin getaway even in the winter. Decent size with a washer and dryer in the bathroom so we could dry our swimsuits after using the hot tub. Remote small town area for peace and quiet. Even in the winter it was nice to just take some time to relax away from business for a couple days.

Great getaway

Owners were very responsive. Loved the hot tub over looking the frozen lake. Nice store and resteraunt right down the road. Loved it.

Great stay!

The place was perfect for all of the gals! We sat out at night and enjoyed the lake and listened to music. It was easy to arrange and the managers were easy to work with. I would definitely do this again!

Great place with a great view!

The location was great and had an amazing view! It would have been nice to have two larger beds. I.e. a queen or a full instead of 3 twins/bunk style. Great place overall!

The absolute BEST place to go for a girls getaway! Cabin 1 is our favorite place and the view is amazing. Comes equipped with everything you need for a weekend. The staff are so friendly and accommodating! Bonfire pit is a huge plus...Just love the place and people and go back every year!

Very enjoyable, would go back and also would recommend

This cabin is cozy and comfortable. It's great to sit around the fireplace at night with all the lights off and just relax, and sit down in the hot tub and watch the stars. Very quiet, very comfortable. The staff was helpful and responsive. I would definitely come back and woul recommend staying here!

Beautiful View

This was a very nice resort home! Good directions to get there, easy entry with the key pad, loved the fireplace and the hot tub! Walked to the bar next door - very friendly staff and patrons! Office was very quick to answer questions through text and email. Appreciated that it was pet friendly and provided bags for picking up after! Thank you!

Girls fall trip

We had a group of girls in September and the place was great for a fun girls weekend. Place was very clean and having a hot tub was a lot of fun. The lake view is gorgeous. Only negatives for us was the early checkout of 10 am which just cut our fun a little early, that there was no DVD player for movies and the hot tub is a little bit of walk around the house down some stairs. But otherwise we had a great stay and the office staff was very nice and helpful.

NIce Overall

Easy to find. Nice location, pretty view of lake. Store and bar next door are convenient with good food. Pic is a little misleading as it appears to have a walk-out lower level, however that is actually the resort office and obviously not for personal use. Makes it feel less private when you can hear people speaking downstairs and thus your conversations and movements are likewise not exactly private. The outdoor hot tub is located directly in front of office window so another knock against privacy. Indoor jacuzzi takes forever to fill with hot water, would be nice if it had a bigger tank. All in all it was decent, but listing should be more descriptive.

Nice little bet away

This cabin was perfect for a little get away. Open lay out with gas fireplace made the place homey and warm. We brought food and made our meals, so it was cheaper then ordering out. They had everything we needed as far as utensils. The cabin had a really nice dishwasher and plenty of counter space. The hot tub was awesome with a perfect veiw of the frozen lake. We didn't use the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. we brought our two dogs and they had a blast as well. I love that this a pet friendly place! The only complaint I would have is that the beds are not very comfortable. That's pretty often the case though, even at hotels. It was worth the price, hot tub, and view!! Check in was easy, Wi-Fi worked great! We hope to come back next year!

Clear Lake Resort #1

We chose Cabin#1 because of the hot tub, didn't find out until we were in the door the hot tub was temporally out of service. No explanation other than waiting on parts. I did sneak down saw it was at 99 degrees and started the jets, but shut them off right away, so every thing seemed to work. Disappointed a discount wasn't offered even when I explained to the contact via text that was the reason we picked THAT cabin at the more expensive rate. The cabin was clean, had a beautiful view of the lake and sunrise. Very quite area, which is what we wanted. Clear Lake Bar was a very short walk with really good food. The only other con was the queen bed needs at least a new mattress cover, a new mattress instead of the foam bad would be best.

Awesome private getaway cabin

My fiance & I had a great time staying at Cabin 1. We walked it the door and immediately noticed how clean it was...even smelled incredibly clean. We stayed for two nights and we didnt want to go home. The view of Clear Lake is extremely relaxing, even from the couch in the living room. The wrap around porch is awesome..patio table and chairs in the front and back with a grill and fireplace. Hot tub is right below the deck facing the lake..just an amazing place to stay.
