A super nice house in a great location! All bedrooms are super, kitchen is great, overall it is a very high quality house in all details. Host is communicative and friendly, cleaning is beyond what you can exepct. Great place to bringa a dog as the garden is fenced. The beach is super nice and nearby villages are stunning.

Very good owner, home had beautiful porch view on magnificent Lugano. 30 minutes from Lago Maggiore a good trip. 2016 most beautiful village in Switzerland Marcote 6 minutes by ferry. Home had good kitchen and seating. House could have cleaner, some drains slow and dirty, to get 5 stars. Would go again great rental!

This large apartment is very well equipped. We were able to cook some wonderful meals and also eat out on a couple of occasions. The views are wonderful and everyday offers a different photo opportunity. The bedrooms are a good size and bathrooms modern and clean. The use of the private beach was a bonus allowing us to swim twice a day. The only issue was one of the coolers was not working and it was VERY hot when we were there. More portable fans would be most welcome. Communication between us and the host was excellent. Comes highly recommended.

Wir sind mit 2 Familien angereist und waren bereits zum vierten Mal da. Die Lage ist ist einfach toll mit direktem Seeblick und Strandzugang in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Fußgängerzone in der Nähe, sind mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus wurde renoviert. Enthält an Küchenutensilien ziemlich alles, was man für einen Selbstversorger Urlaub braucht. Wir haben die Woche wie immer genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wunderbare Unterkunft, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, traumhafter Blick auf den See. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, und nicht zu touristisch. Den Strand erreicht man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Wohlfühloase

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in dem tollen Haus. Für uns optimal - 4 Erwachsene, ein Teenager und zwei Hunde. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit dem Verwalter als auch dem Vermieter war TOP. Wichtig ist nur, kurz in Kommunikation zu treten, dann wird alles gelöst. Kleiner Tipp für nicht Wissende wie wir: Badeschuhe mitnehmen! Die Steine am Privatstrand, der übrigens super nah war und jeden Tag genutzt wurde, sind sehr scharfkantig.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit herrlicher Sicht auf den See.Wendeltreppe (sehr schmal und steil) zwischen den beiden Etagen ist nicht ideal für ältere, eventuell gehbehinderte Menschen. Großzügiger Wohnbereich. Auto unbedingt erforderlich.

Aufenthalt über Sylvester mit 2 Fam.

Wir waren 2 Fam. die 1 Woche über Sylvester dort waren, ideal für 8 Personen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr sauber, der Kamin draußen ist super.Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und man soll auch ausdrücklich die Lebensmittel aufbrauchen die da sind. Gewürze sind auch genügend vorhanden.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, der Verwalter vor Ort ist super nett und hilfsbereit und gibt gute Tipps vor Ort.Im Sommer lädt auch der eigene Badestrand ein. Lugano, Mailand so wie andere Ort laden zur Besichtigung und Erkundung ein.Nachteil ist das man zu Fuß nur an der Hauptstraße entlang kommt.Würden auf jeden fall wieder kommen.

Eine Woche Familienferien

Wunderbares, stilvolles Haus mit toller Umgebung und phantastischem Ausblick. Der Privatstrand, den man mit den anderen Bewohnern der Anlage teilt, war besser als erwartet! Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche!

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir haben unsere gemeinsamen Ferien in diesem grossen und mit Liebe eingerichteten Haus mit Seesicht sehr geniessen können. Der kurze Weg über die Strasse zum Privatstrand dieser Anlage ist für 2 Familien, mit grösseren Kindern, optimal. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz und Rückzugsgelegenheiten, mit Sofaecke hier und da. Unsere einzige Kritik gilt den Glastüren im Untergeschoss. Es wurde tags sehr warm im UG und die Intimsphäre war für uns mit Teenagern aus 2 Familien etwas schwierig zu wahren.

Wunderschönes Haus in einer tollen Gegend

Alles in allem haben wir in diesem Ferienhaus mit insgesamt 9 Personen (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist sehr gelungen und auch die Nähe zum See war jeden Tag auf's Neue praktisch. Einziger Wermutstropfen war das WLAN, hier ist (soweit unser italienisch uns weitergeholfen hat) ein Monatesvertrag mit 40GB verfügbar. Da wir in den letzten beiden Wochen eines Abrechnungszeitraumes da waren, war das Volumen bereits aufgebraucht und wir hätten teures Zusatzvolumen erwerben müssen. Hier wäre ein Standard-DSL-Anschluss eine simplere Lösung, die weniger Aufwand für den Mieter bedeuten würde. Es hat dann letztendlich aber auch über unser mobiles Datenvolumen funktioniert.

Urlaub in Montelago

Wir haben zusammen mit Freunden einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage am Luganer See und die Aussicht von der Terrasse sind einfach traumhaft. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Wir haben dort für 10 Personen gut kochen und gemeinsam auf der Terrasse oder im Haus essen können.

Bien mais peut mieux faire

La maison et le cadre sont parfaits mais il n'y a pas tout le confort attendu par rapport au prix. Refrigerateur insuffisant pas de glacons. Mobilier de la terrasse type HLM. Pour des francais pas de TV. Pas d'indications sur les pssibilites touristiques de la region dommage difficile de recmmander a des francais.

Tolles großes Haus mit einer super Terrasse mit herrlichen Blick auf den See. Einmal kurz über die Straße und schon am Badesteg. Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen und hatten einen schönen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Die Eisdiele in Ponte Ceresio ist der Hammer. Ich hoffe, unser Vermieter wird für weitere Gäste das Haus hegen und pflegen, damit dieses noch lange erhalten bleibt.

Ein Traumurlaub am Lago Lugano

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben uns in Montelago sehr wohl gefühlt! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die traumhafte Lage am See und die umfangreiche Ausstattung, bei der fast keine Wünsche offen geblieben sind. Diese ist besonders im Vergleich mit anderen Feriendomizilen hervorzuheben, ebenso wie die geräumige Aufteilung der Wohnung und die wunderschöne Terrasse. Ein geringer Abzug betrifft den Komfort: Der Sonnenschutz im Souterrain könnte optimiert werden. Dies ändert aber nicht den Gesamteindruck: Sehr schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
