Amazing luxury property on Lake LBJ! Enjoy the open water from several outdoor patios. We have 1 jet ski lift and 1 boat lift available for guest use. This spacious, 5 bedroom (comfy Purple mattreses),5 bath home, with a bonus room, is great for a large get together on beautiful Lake LBJ. Furnished with comfort in mind.The kitchen is well equipped for your entertaining needs. The open concept floor plan, with glass views the entire backside of the lake house, assures sweet views of the lake from inside. Large and greatly loved game room with huge television and two sofa beds. One boat lift that accomodates a single hull boat & one jet ski lift are available and ready for you to bring your toys! 2 paddle boards and a lily pad are provided. Upper deck is set up for entertaining with a large smart tv, grill, speakers, seating and sunbathing. There is also a lower deck with seating for fishing, sunbathing, or whatever you can imagine. Bring your own toys or call a rental and have them delivered to you! Within a couple of miles to a grocery store, restaurants, golf courses, rental facilities, gas station, and so much more!! Lake LBJ is on one side and a fishing cove is on the other! If fishing is your thing, bring your poles and tackle box and enjoy endless hours of fishing. Sleeps 16 with ample floor area, to use our easy set up twin bed and two air mattresses, if desired.
