This elegant, stylish, and airy new construction home boasts 4,900 square feet of 10 foot ceilings, and wide hallways. Premium finishes throughout: marble counter tops, chef's kitchen, Wolf range, Subzero fridge, Subzero wine stack, wet bar & ice maker, gym, steam shower, and Sonos.

Our home is an entertainers dream with butlers pantry, open plan kitchen, and formal dining room with french doors opening to the front porch. Open floor plan with an outdoor deck & fireplace are ideal for entertaining. Very family friendly with trampoline and tree house. Large finished basement with tons of natural light and high ceilings has space for blow up mattresses.

Location is key! Our home is located less than 1 mile from both USNA & Navy Stadium. We are on a quiet street in neighborhood with plenty of retail & restaurants in walking distance.
