We had a great stay in your beautiful home. It was so convenient to walk to the beach and so close to shopping, restaurants and activities for the kids. The game room was a hit for the teenagers who enjoyed the pool table and also hooking up their video game to the tv. It was great to be able to text you directly and not have to work with a management company. The only thing that I would say it would make it better is if there were blinds or curtains on the top floor king bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Vacation Home

We had a great experience! The house was in a great location close to the beach. It was very clean, there was plenty of space, the patios were wonderful areas to relax, and the gameroom was a fun bonus area. Sara was an incredible host and kept us well-informed with updates and was always quick to respond. We definitely want to come back soon!

Perfect Home!

Thank you to Sara and her family for such a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was well equipped, with a large dining area and living room. The outside decks were our favorites! Each bedroom was comfortable, especially the beds. The home was so large, it fit our family of six perfectly. The kids loved the game room downstairs and parents as well! The beach was closer than we could have imagined. And Sara provided beach chairs, coolers, toys and a wagon. We couldn’t have had a more perfect stay. Thank you again Sara for a memorable vacation and we hope to stay again!

Redington Beach House

Excellent stay, notes below. 1. Interior - great finishes, furniture, and design. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms and showers, large and functional kitchen and great room, bonus game room and space downstairs. 2. Exterior - Stairs at driveway lead to a nice front door balcony on the main floor, additionally a rear balcony on the main floor overlooks the backyard. Bonus patio space at ground level. Nice chairs, tables, and furniture all around. 3. Effective A/C and heat. Independent thermostats on the main level and upstairs level. Both A/C and heat worked well. 4. Proximity to the beach. The walk to the beach is literally 3 minutes or less. The crosswalk on Gulf Blvd has activated lights and all cars stopped, never felt dangerous. Easy to carry chairs, toys, and everything for the day. Beach was never crowded, excellent compared to Clearwater or St Pete. Best item, no fight or paying for beach parking. 5. Host communication was excellent. 6. Very minor issues. No toaster in the kitchen. No soap/shampoos in the showers (hand soaps were provided at sinks). Carrying luggage from the driveway up the stairs could be a downside for some, it wasn’t an issue for our family. I recommend this property, would absolutely stay again in the future.
