The Space:

Island Sunrise got a makeover and unit 360 now features floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors to each of your two balconies. As well, there's new luxury vinyl plank flooring that brightens up the unit. What's more, the kitchen cabinetry and countertops were also refinished, giving you a beautifully update condo for your next vacation. The updates look incredible, brighten up the condo, and give you simply amazing views.



Island Sunrise is located in the heart of Gulf Shores, just steps away from some of Gulf Shores most popular restaurants. You are surrounded by great food, shopping, children's activities, entertainment, golf, fishing, and more. You're also just steps to our soft white sand beaches and the Gulf's beautiful waters. If you need to unwind, relax on your balcony, and enjoy the spectacular sounds and views of the Gulf Coast come to Island Sunrise 360 and enjoy some down time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You'll love it so much at Island Sunrise 360 that you may never want to leave. 



Island Sunrise 360 is a third floor unit that sleeps four with a queen bed in the bedroom, plus a queen sized sleeper sofa (or air mattress if you prefer) to comfortably sleep 4. Interior appointments: fully equipped kitchen, 2 smart TVs, wireless internet access, two balconies (one accessible via the living room and the other via the bedroom), washer and dryer, and high-end cotton linens.



Complex Amenities: The building is equipped with an elevator, shared outdoor pool, charcoal grilling area, and boardwalk to the beach. 



Parking: Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle. Please note price includes the parking pass at Island Royale.

Great location for music festival

Stay was great. Couple of glasses werent clean to my liking. Beach view is a little misleading but still visible from bedroom. Thats probably more on me though. Had one issue that wasnt vrbo or property managers fault. I only bring it up to praise the property team for a quick response and well resolved for an unusual situation. Walked to sand in the boots festival, and beat most the shuttle/uber individuals.

Peaceful

The location was perfect if you are there for the beach. Perfect beach access. It was also a great location for the State Park and Orange Beach. Sea and Suds is the best restaurant in Gulf Shores and you are 2 buildings over. The unit was clean and fully stocked with whatever you need. The only issue is the way the windows face. There is very little privacy if it is busy. You stare right into the unit across from you, which is around 30 yards away. The bedroom has a beautiful balcony, but if you like your shades open that can be observed by the condo in front of you. Great views of the sunrise and sunset in January and February. The most amazing you will see anywhere in the country. Pleasant stay.
