The property was exactly as advertised- great location for visiting my daughter at Depauw, you can easily walk to the university. The property was very clean, beds were comfy and the kitchen/living room was spacious enough for family meals. We also used the sofa bed in the living room which my youngest said was comfortable for sleeping on all night. We appreciated the coffee pot and the water pressure in the shower, LOL. We would definitely rent again!

About a 10 minute walk or short drive to most of DePauw's facilities and dorms, this is a good spot for family visiting college students. The house is clean and has all the basics for cooking simple meals, laundry detergent, hand soap, and paper products. There is no dishwasher. The couch with extending footrest section was great for lounging at the house!
