Beautiful home

My daughter was graduating and I need a space to entertain. This home is beautifully laid out. Rooms for conversation and a basement that is a complete unit! Theater was wonderful and we spent a lot of time playing pool and darts. The kitchen is perfect and we took advantage of the sunlight in area and fireplace. One of the best I have stayed in.

Atl misrepresented

Beautiful neighborhood. House was nice but dated. Alot of amenities not working, like theratre and pool dirty. Its defenitely not 10 bedrooms. Its actually 8 bedrooms and one small toddlers space. Wasn't the worst but not as advertised.

Not 10 bedrooms, but lots of space

I booked this property for a company event so that all guests could have their own rooms. This was quickly an issue though as there were only 7 bedrooms and communicating through the Vrbo app wasn’t able to resolve this. The next day the property manager was able to unlock a bedroom that had been locked from the outside and mentioned that a bedroom had been converted into a wine cellar and that the final missing bedroom was what’s actually a closet of another bedroom that just had child sized bunk beds put in it (the only exit for that room is through the bedroom so that doesn’t work for anyone). The people I worked with to fix this were understanding and helpful and brought things like an air mattress for us, but it was a significant step down from everyone having their own room.Besides the bedrooms issue, the house was pretty nice to exist in and had a lot of space for people to spread out. The furniture was set up for socializing and the checkin and checkout process was easy. It did have some cleanliness issues like what appeared to be mouse poop in a kitchen cabinet and several lights out, along with a missing step on the back porch.

Upon reviewing photos of Angela’s VRBO listing, the property initially appeared suitable for a surprise birthday celebration for my client’s husband.Angela was highly responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. However, the home itself was in poor condition, with noticeable cleanliness and maintenance issues. Most walls were stained, suggesting frequent party use without adequate upkeep. This raised concerns about the justification of the cleaning fee, given the home's overall neglected state.This was my first experience booking through VRBO, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations.
