Property has great potential..It is super spacious and cover most of the bases. The internet did not work the whole time we were there and the thermostat control was interesting. It could stand with a deep clean to remove a few spider webs and really clean the base boards. The yard in back needed tending All in all it was an adequate stay

Family is Everything

Our stay at this property was very nice. It was clean, had lots of space and the neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the house manager was excellent and she was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Atlanta.

Another great stay

We have stayed at this home twice with church and school groups. The hosts have been so welcoming and responsive to any question, and the home is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate, with quick access to routes that take you to Atlanta sites. We will definitely look to return to this home on a future visit.

There are things I could say but won't, not on here but to the property manager. All in all me, my brothers, cousins, and friends had a great time together. The house and location is what works for us when we visit.

Great place

We stayed in town for a week with 13 ppl in the house including children. All in all it was a great stay. Had a few things wrong but just minor comfort inconveniences nothing to complain about. Host was very responsive and even had maintenance come out right away. The long-term resident in the back property was really sweet as we spoke a couple times in passing. Neighborhood was quiet and honestly we'd rent again. Lots of space and stores are close no more that 15 mins and that's with traffic. You can't get better than this especially so close to everything. So if you're thinking of booking here just click that little button and enjoy all Atlanta has to offer.

Loved it! House was much more spacious than what was expected, it was very clean, loved the bedroom decor and beds were comfortable. Kitchen provided with all essentials, utensils, cookware, dishes, etc. Bathrooms had hand soap as well as shampoo and bath soap. We were also provided a supply of towels. The location was good; easy access to downtown and airport.

Great house to fit the whole crew

Great experience with the house. It was clean, and ready for us upon arrival. Plenty rooms with beds for everyone. You can tell the house is a rental as there are repairs that are done that aren’t 100% but this was not an issue. Only issue whatsoever is the location. It’s a rough part of town although we had no issues in the area.

Owner helped us out

We had the key fall of the key chain of a member in our group and the owner worked with us late at night to send us a spare key so we could get into the house. We were able to find the key at a parking garage but they went out of the way to get us in the house.

1. The neighborhood is absolutely in the slums. If you are used to a certain standard of neighborhood where you can Walk out and about this is not the place 2. 15 minutes from downtown which is nice 3.very spacious. Plenty of bedrooms and easily accounted for a party of 8. 4. Water seeped into the backdoor after a rain storm. I texted the point of contact at night. They didn't respond until after check out. 5. Parking is fine for a party with 3 cars. Overall stay. Decent at best. Wouldn't go back due to the neighborhood.

Charles, your review is false and misleading and it focuses on the neighborhood and not on the quality of the newly renovated house or the real issues that surfaced during your short stay. (1) The neighbor next door called several times to complain about the noise level and the constant arrival and departures of various men; (2) We called you 2x to alert you of the complaint and advised you that in no uncertain terms is the house a “party house”; (3) You state water seeped through the back door due to rain, but that Is impossible as the light rain shower that occurred that day could not and did not result in any leakage into the house — which, again, is newly renovated. Even more, we have no messages from you during your stay of such an issue. (4) A formal complaint of your stay was filed with Vrbo and we await their disclipinary action regarding your stay.

Week of misfortune

Ads can be misleading. I received a message hours before check in saying there was a long term guest in a cottage on the property. When we arrive there was a small house st the end of the drive, very close to the house. There was plenty of room inside the house. Night one, water came in the bottom floor when it rained and the rooms downstairs had centipedes in every room. Next the refrigerator went out and it took two days to get a replacement, forcing my family of 15 to eat out and spend extra money. In the last few days, I expressed my concerns and suggested a small discount on our stay. The owner responded by yelling aggressively and tell me that my family of 15 should just leave if we were unhappy. It was extremely scary, unprofessional and unnecessary. I would never use this owner again.

Dayna, we truly wish things worked out differently but in the years of hosting we have found out that no matter how hard one works there are individuals that we will not be able to satisfy. Lets examine the facts and if you disagree then please respond accordingly. (1) The lot contains 2 houses. A main house which is listed for rent through VRBO and a small cottage which normally is rented by a young lady but during the time of your stay the cottage was not occupied. The empty cottage in no manner impacted the stay but for some unknown reason it seems that the structure disturbed you ? (2) During your stay there was a heavy down pour with a small seepage of water at the back door. Our maintenance person was dispatched to quickly handle the matter. While he was there he advised us later that you and your party questioned him with respects how long he worked for our company and how many houses under management that we were involved with . This line of questioning was disconcerting and at the time we were in fact bewildered not understanding the true intentions. (3) All of the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen are new and are under warranty. The facts are you stated the refrigerator was not as cold as you would like it . To appease the situation we quickly had a new freezer delivered and the following day had the refrigerator in question replaced with another new refrigerator. Dayna , once you checked out you contacted our office seeking a full refund. The conversation was not amicable but did not involving any loud tones. It was not friendly as the conversation given the undeniable facts came across as a "shake down".
