Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Great walk score to shopping, restaurants parks and the beach in the heart of Bird Rock, La Jolla! This unique space features original art, high ceilings, ocean views and high end appliances. The unit is located on the first floor and there are ramps to the entry making access easy. Parking is provided in an underground parking garage.

There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a pull-out full size bed in the alcove off the living room. There is also a desk/work area for remote work, a walk-closet and in unit laundry. The living area is large and open with a bar, leather sectional and solid wood dining set. Wood floors and high ceilings throughout. There is also a private patio with an ocean view and an outdoor dining set.

Guests have access to the entire unit as well as the on site pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, gym and underground parking.
