San Diego was great and this property is a great location to all the things we wanted to do. The house was was clean and had all the promised amenities. The washer and dryer were essential for an extended 2 week work/vacation stay. Plus a quiet neighborhood.

Easy check ins! Easy communication with the host. Beautiful house and it came with most necessary supplies, including games for kids, beach towels, boogie boards, coffee and tea, and even snacks. 4-digit code to enter the front door was a great convenient part! Parking was only available on the street and was a bit challenging to find nearby but most San Diego is like that. We recommend this property and the host!

The house is lovely. It was comfortable, well stocked and had extra amenities like coffee, tea, snacks, beach toys and chairs. The extra half bath is a bonus in a 2 bedroom house. One thing I would add would be black out drapes in the bedrooms. The uniform shutters throughout look good but more darkness in the bedrooms would be great, especially for kids.

Small house was perfect for two adult couples. Kitchen had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The private backyard was a bonus for hanging out. Parking could be difficult at times as others have noted.

While our stay was good there are a few things to be aware of at this property. There is no oven. A very small toaster oven is available but it took much longer to cook our food. Parking is hard to find. We never found a spot on our block and had to park up to three blocks away. The yard guy woke us up at 7am blowing leaves and scraping the siding. He said he wasn’t aware there were guests. The second bedroom doesn’t have anything to put luggage on. The floor wasn’t ideal for me. The TV isn’t smart and has no streaming available for guests to log into their own account. These were small things overall and we enjoyed the proximity to all things San Diego.

What a great place! This house was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family getaway. We didn’t have any issues with parking, always found a spot within a block and the neighborhood is walking friendly. The AC was nice and cold and the shower was wonderful and gets extra hot! The kitchen was fully stocked and even had an electric tea kettle. The balcony out back was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning and a great view of the moon at night. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Place was perfect for our needs. Location was good. Parking could be challenging but we always found a spot thanks to our spirit world! The unhoused are around but we are urban pioneers from Chicago so we get it. The weather really is UFB!! Get why you’d want to live there but cost of living is crazy. Thanks for everything! Well stocked place! Oh and coffee very nice touch!!!

This house was very pleasant, clean, and comfortable. It had all the amenities that made it feel like home away from home, especially with small kids. It was centrally located in San Diego, and walkable to downtown and public transit lines. The neighborhood was cute and felt safe, although there is a homeless population a few blocks away, but that’s the unfortunate reality of our cities and nothing to do with the house or the hosts.

everything was good except the parking is the craps. We drove around for half hour one night looking for a place to park. ended up bringing 3.5 blocks away. there's no driveway to park in
