Great stay! The parking space was a major plus, and the beach was just minutes away. We also really appreciated how quiet it was—no noise at all from the adjoining unit. Connie was wonderful to communicate with and very responsive. We’d definitely stay here again!

Host was responsive before we even booked, which was necessary for my partner's allergies. Loved the available beach supplies even though we only used the towels. The heating/cooling units were powerful and easy to use. Host left excellent instructions for everything from WiFi to checkout routine. This space had everything we were looking for -lots of kitchen counter space, a huge empty fridge/freezer, beautiful tile floors, even a garbage disposal! Extra blankets and sheets were easy to find, the shower was divine. Parking was super convenient, we shared the driveway with another (I'm assuming VRBO) tenant and all was comfortable.

Location, location, location! This property is ideally located across the street from the beach and has a dedicated parking spot which is key during the busy summer months. Great for families who want to spend time at the beach and see the many San Diego attractions! Minutes to SeaWorld, Petco Park, Mission Bay, Belmont Park, Balboa Park, and San Diego Zoo! Rooms were clean, kitchen was excellent, and host was great. Can’t go wrong with this property - book it now and get ready for a great vacation!

Property was completely updated. Spacious rooms. Air conditioning was a bonus and we used it. We only had a short walk to the beach. It was nice to have an assigned parking spot. The property host communicated with us timely when needed. We would recommend the property and will stay here when we visit San Diego again

This is property checked all the boxes. Great location, well equipped kitchen, washer & dryer and parking space at the front of the house. Host is fast to respond. We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach house. Seaworld is only 6 minutes away. Property was beautiful, and everything was meticulously arranged in property for a beach getaway. Walking distance to the beach is 2 min. Walking distance to restaurants and other fun places as well. Love our stay here can’t wait to comeback next year. Thank you

The property was ideally located for both Ocean Beach and Dog Beach. The duplex was clean, accurately described and had good amenities. Parking, check in and check out were easy and clear. The property does sit within the flight pattern on San Diego Airport.

The pictures did not do it justice, it was much nicer than it looks in the pictures. The location was perfect. Our son and dil live in Normal Heights so it was only about 10 minutes away. We could walk to the beach and the laundry was a huge plus. We spent 12 days and thought it was perfect.
