Spacious 1 Bedroom across from Drake Park
Location & amenities can’t be beat. Minutes from the river, downtown and close to the old Mill District. This historic property was home to Bend’s first maternity hospital and has been lovingly converted into unique apartments. We provide cruiser bikes, rafts for the river and everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Off street parking is available for you in the covered carport. Close to all the action you won’t need your car yet quiet and peaceful for a good night’s sleep. SORRY NO PETS

There is a laundry located in the basement accessible for all 5 apartments in the building.
There is no management on-site though we strive to be quick to respond to texts and calls. Message through the app or numbers provided in Unit. Pablo in the basement apartment may be available to aid as well.
