The property was clean and conveniently located with great appliances and all the amenities that we needed. Our stay, unfortunately, coincided with nearby road construction, so the logistics of driving around and traffic were worse than they would normally be.One thing we had an issue with was the couch in the living room. It was comfortable until you tried to get out of it because it was so low to the ground. It was the only seating in the living room, unfortunately.The bed was placed in an alcove of the room and there was barely enough room to squeeze into it on either side. If it had been placed on the opposite wall, it would have the mini-split blowing on it, so I understand why it was placed there. More room for moving around and maybe a nightstand or two would have been preferable.

Bend Golf Trip 2023

The interior is very nice. The bbque grill worked well but the backyard was not a place we chose to be in. Overall, this house was great! A great location in a quiet neighborhood.

Just right!

This place is amazing!!! The locale is perfect for visiting old bend, old mill district, or simply hang out at the water. Quiet even with Les Schwab right across the street. We didn’t hear a thing!

Perfect!

This home was perfect for our needs. My parents had treatment scheduled for a month at the local hospital and this house had all the necessities they needed to feel at home. Surrounded by all the stores and shopping, It was convenient. Communication with the management was excellent and efficient Would definitely stay again!

Great view great location

Visiting for a show and shopping, dining. Perfect little house for two a little cramped for four. Second bedroom more appropriate for a crib or office as it sits when you arrive. I was disappointed a second bed was not set up but it was remedied almost immediately when I notified them. Great service by the team

Nice house bad location

The house was remodeled and immaculate with a well sticked kitchen. The property is located behind a tire store and two people were parked and living in their car across the street

Nice little house

Nice little house. It met our needs very well. One room has a bed, the other a little desk, no bed. I brought my own mattress for the other guest so she would be comfortable. There are extra blankets and an air mattress we found in the closet. Would stay there again. Thank you!

Very clean. Has everything you need. Communication to get in and out, as well as expectations was excellent. You can walk to downtown but not easily. I would recommend adding a couple luggage racks. Otherwise, met our needs well.

4th Street house

This charming house is well equipped with everything a guest could want. The kitchen had every pot, pan, dish and utensil one could think of. The washer and dryer was handy and the TV cable had a good selection of shows/movies to watch. An actual bed in the other bedroom would be more comfortable and leaving out the use of commercial air fresheners/sprays for those with chemical allergies would be most welcome. Thank you.

Us

Inside was spectacular! Even prettier in person than the pictures. The front yard and open lot on the sode of the house is well past overgrown. The outdoor garbage was also overflowing but the management comoany did come remove the excess garbage. Overall excellent stay. Location is quiet but easy to uber to downtown, parks, and restaurants.

The house was perfectly comfortable, however, it's not really a two bedroom. The second bedroom is really small and a blowup bed is probably pretty tight. It's very close to the Juniper swim and rec facility but also near To a homeless hotel
