A pop of color meets you at the door as you walk into the open-concept main floor of this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home. Sunlight pools in through four large windows giving Pitch Perfect a clean, crisp, modern home feel! Watch the news on the flatscreen television while you eat your breakfast from the onlooking kitchen table. Prepare a meal in the adorable kitchen with a retro fridge, cooktop stove, and dishwasher, perfect for four people! The main floor also has a fresh half bathroom for the convenience of the guests.

The second floor contains two bright and airy queen bedrooms, both with high ceilings and lots of natural light! The soft colors of the rooms invite you in to relax in a peaceful state of mind. The beautiful, light hardwood floors carry into a spacious full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo! It is complete with a wonderful white vanity and large mirror. Each bedroom is provided with comfortable linens for guests to sleep the night away!

Outside you will find a small seating area if you’re looking to appreciate the beautiful Canyon Lake weather. Enjoy the greenery that carries through the home, into the backyard, and in the charming corner gardens as well! If you are looking for outdoor Hill Country fun, Old Hancock Trail is in the area for horseback riding and hiking. You can also enjoy a beach area with swimming and nature trails at Overlook Park, just a short drive away with great views of Canyon Lake as well as the Dam, or rent a pontoon boat or jet ski for the day! Take a day trip to Gruene, home to the historic Gruene Hall, to enjoy music and dancing, or dine at the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. The downtown square of Wimberley offers shopping in
boutiques and coffee shops for a relaxing stroll around town. You can start your adventure by swimming and hiking at the famous Jacobs Well, fly across the sky at Zip Line Adventure, or drop by Blue Hole Regional Park for swimming and nature trails. Visit New Braunfels and float the beautiful Guadalupe River, rent paddle boats or picnic at Landa Park, swim at the Spring Fed Pool, spend the day at Schlitterbahn Water Park, or visit one of the local wineries or breweries for wine or beer tasting.

Great property and location. It was not clear from post to rental agreement about pets ok and if there was a pet fee however a quick email with the property manager cleared things up quickly. We love the keyless self check in. Property was very clean. Only feedback, would have been nice to have body soap and Kleenex provided.

We had a wonderful time! We were so proud of our dogs who navigated the stairs like pros! I think my favorite part about it were my elegant neighbors, the deer. I took so many pictures. There was one deer that got within six feet of me, and one buck that had ten points on his rack! It was a delightful little place! We loved our stay! Thank you so much.

The house next door set off some fireworks during a burn ban. It was pretty cool to see the show even though it was highly illegal, which the host was kind enough to warn me about.

Everything needed was available.FYI I did take Kcups but there is a coffee pot instead. The location was only a block away from where we were visiting so that was a plus, and a block away from the park for anyone with small children. Very nice with retro vibes

Impressively clean!

My son and I enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean. It was decorated nicely. We had plenty of towels, papertowels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. that made our stay comfortable. We would stay here again if ever back in this area.

Family weekend fun

This adorable little house was the most perfect launchpad for the various activities we planned for in the area. We saw how cute it was from the pictures on Vrbo, but were surprised at how much even cuter it was when we got there. Some of the reviews mentioned that there was no hot water in the shower. But we had plenty of hot water for showers! I can’t think of anything that would’ve made the stay better.

Perfect for a Weekend Getaway

This property was exactly how it looked on the website. It was extremely clean. It was decorated nicely, had free WI-FI that worked well, had a good supply of towels, offered toiletries, comfortable beds, a bright flood light to see at night, and a fantastic mirror in the bathroom! We also loved all of the deer sightings in the neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again, and I will recommend this place to any friends.

Fairly new and modern. Only 2 complains, the dishwasher wasn't working and we couldn't get hot water out of the shower.

It was very clean! It had a modern feel with nice appliances. The couch was small and uncomfortable. There weren’t tvs in the bedrooms which made it hard to relax in the bedrooms. As long as you were needing those it was a beautiful property.

Swarming with mosquitoes

We killed six mosquitoes within an hour of arriving. The plug-in fly traps were filled with bugs. We left after the sixth mosquito because we saw more flying around and did not want to sleep in those conditions.Management company refused to offer even a partial refund or credit. They said they couldn't find any living mosquitoes the next day. Probably because we killed so many!
Bug trap was overfilled. Management said it was evidence the traps were working. Sure, but disgusting!

Our team did inspect the home promptly the next day and found no active mosquito presence at that time, but we understand that doesn’t change your experience upon arrival. We also apologize if our response felt dismissive; it was not our intention, and we are reviewing our communication to ensure all guests feel heard and respected. The location was peaceful and quiet, and watching the dears was an added plus. Although I have to admit when I heard the coyote howling in the night was a bit unsettling. Everything else was good. Worked for the price

The property was not as clean as I would have liked. It’s a very small place which worked for us but may not for everyone. The kitchen was incredibly small and not stocked with many essentials including coffee. Make sure to bring bath soap as there was none of that either! There’s no real usable outdoor space either. All in all, fine for the price we paid.
