Decent cheap hotel

Hotel was ok nothing special but I knew this when I booked worth the £19 for a night I paid clean pool was good too hotel could do with updating as it looks a bit worn inside but overall worth the money I paid

simple and quaint

Simple little place about half mile away from bangla road. The staff was very good people and helpful if you needed any information. The rooms are clean and kept up for the price. Infact this place was the best deal i had all through my thailand visit.

Fairly basic

Very average stay. Hotel is fairly cheap but quite run down. Positives: Staff were friendly and kind. We had a maintenance issue and that was resolved by an engineer really quickly. Shower was decent. Locations was good, one road back from the beach, short walk to Bangla road, lots of stools, shops and restaurants near by. Negatives: The mattress was so thin and uncomfortable and we didn't sleep well. Although the location is decent and near everything, it's down a grotty ally which we weren't keen on. The pool is really small and shaded by all the tall buildings around it. Overall: if your looking for a cheap place with a decent location this could be good. As I travelled as a couple we wish we paid a bit more and stayed somewhere a bit nicer.

Nicely situates hotel, close to beach and center of Patong. Nice swimming pool. Condition of room is OK even though we had to ask for new bed sheets as there were stains on them. Besides that, for the price we paid, it was acceptable.

Heavy breakfast enjoyed!

A nice budget hotel within walking distance from Beach. Lot of food options available nearby, especially Indian food! Shopping variety of malls to small vendors.

Pleasant and quiet hotel close to everything!

The staff is very welcoming and pleasant and will help you with anything you need. The hotel itself is in need of a little make over as looks a bit dated! Rooms are cleaned everyday if you wish so and to a high standard! Bed mattress was really hard and needed some time to adjust to that but I suppose it is the norm in Asia for mattresses to be really hard. Conveniently located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, 10 minutes walk to the beach, Shopping mall, and nightlife. Very quiet at night to sleep without noise! Highly recommend.

The Oasis in the middle of Patong

Nice and peaceful! Only 5 mins walk to the beach and Bangla road madness so can enjoy the best of both world! Swimming pool is great for a dip after a day touring. Friendly and attentive management. 24h reception so no matter what time u get here, someone will be here to welcome you! Perfect for in budget/single travellers especially for girls:close from the action but far enough to have a little retreat without any funny business (after all, this is Thailand.....)

Hotel of your nightmares do not go here!

This hotel was the hotel you have nightmares about! not at all what we had expected from the photo's and reviews! We were extremely disappointed when we turned up in the middle of the night to find it located right in the heart of a very seedy part of the town! In the evenings we had to wear ear plugs because all you heard was the boom of the music from the bars! The outlook was awful we overlooked a building site, and the children's room overlooked the entrance and a bar on the corner which was extremely noisy when people became drunker as the evening went on. When it rained, as it did often, you could not open the windows at all for fear of being swarmed by mosquitoes so we had to sleep with the aircon on all night which was extremely noisy as well! We were woken most nights by men bringing thai prostitutes back to their rooms! And well as for the breakfast, they might as well have not bothered it was truly awful a selection of egg, lettuce leaves, some butter which was uncovered all morning and melting on a plate and some white bread!

Great Value Hotel in fantastic location

Great Value for money, Plenty of breakfast, Helpful and friendly service. Had food by the Pool a couple of times always great. Yes a few things where a little tired once in 16 nights had a small tear in pillow case and the twoels where a bit frayed sometimes but they are changed every day so not a major issue for me given the price!

Good location, good breakfast and pleasant place to stay

The hotel is conveniently located about 5 minutes walk off Bangla Road. It is in a side street off the main road and consequently benefits from being quieter. It has a small pool next to the dining room which is perfect in the early evening. The rooms are furnished simply, but do have a fridge and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful. Two PCs at reception provide internet access for a small fee. Suitable for singles and couples but not really for families.

Nice Hotel.A little tucked away,in fact didn't know it was there despite being a frequent visitor to Patong having been recommended by a friend.Staff were sensational.Always cheerful & attentive,they're like one happy family.Nothing but good to say about my stay.Special mention to Layya & Party for making Happy hour fun.Inn Patong is changing hands in a couple of months,so i hope the vibe of the Hotel doesn't change

Top location Friendly helpful staff

I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly It is only a 3 Star but the staff and the location definitely make it a nicer stay than a 5 Star. It’s down a little laneway from the main Patong stretch which makes it very quiet. The breakfast was great but what makes it is the pool and bar with the beautifully friendly Leigha. The girls at the front desk were lovely too booking us a show, airport shuttles and general advice.
