Holiday rentals near The Links Kennedy Bay

We had an amazing time there and what a treat to see the dolphins on 2 consecutive mornings! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you can think of. The best part is that unlike most vacation rentals in Australia, the owners here provides bedsheets and linen (we find it really weird that many don’t). The house is tastefully decorated and beds are super comfortable. A lovely place to stay if you’re ever in Mandurah. We would definitely be back again!

My family of 6 spent more than 2 weeks in this wonderful ‘sanctuary’.House:Luxurious and modern. Everything you need and more. Many sumptuous meals were prepared in the well equipped kitchen. The kids spent countless hours horning their ping pong and snooker skills. Best part of the house is the unblocked view of the ocean. Every sunset brings along a splash of colours with different hues and splendour. Simply priceless.Location:We wanted a place away from everyone but still a short drive to great supermarkets. This is what we got. Greg, the host, will tell you about a place just 10 min walk away where dolphin sightings are 100%. We could attest to that, having walked there 5 times during our stay.Host:The best kind. Telling you exactly what you need to know then staying out of your way to ensure you have your privacy. At the same time, it was comforting to know that Greg was always a Whatapp message away when you need him.Conclusion:When I was searching for a property for my stay, I wondered how was it possible for the Sanctuary by the Sea to score 10 out of 10 points consistently by reviewers. Well, now I know……

Very well furnished, classy and spacious property in a good location not far away from the mall and all you need to find in Mandurah. The property has enough rooms for 10 of us, with plenty of space and entertainment for the kids and teenagers. The dolphins came twice during our stay, we were very lucky to see a visiting huge stingray as well. The kitchen is very well equipped as well with a large fridge. The air conditioning/heating is also well maintained and adequate. The host is very nice to work with. She also provided capsules for the coffee machine and a very nice surprise for the kids. We stayed for 7 nights. Have stayed in more than 10 holiday houses in Australia. This one was the best so far. It was money well spent.
