Beautiful apartment recently renovated, equipped with the most varied comforts to make your stay unforgettable.
Located in Ragusa Ibla about 150 meters from the Cathedral of San Giorgio, among the characteristic paved streets of the city is about 50 meters from ample free parking and is located right in the middle of a pedestrian path recommended for those who want to explore Ibla "the stairs of ' clock ".
The apartment has a double bedroom, and an equally large sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a hydro-massage shower and a lovely private balcony overlooking the pedestrian path. All rooms are air conditioned and wi-free, breakfast is provided on request.

Helpful owner and great location

The owner was very helpful with our checkin. The location is fantastic, in the center of the old city which is very walkable. Spacious for two people and the owner stocked the kitchen nicely.

We had a wonderful stay and Flavio provided us a very informative check-in. We would definitely stay again. The apartment is in a very nice location within Ibla, just a short walk from public parking lot and the restaurants are very accessible. Bellisimo! Grazie!!

This was a great place to stay in the old area. The owners also went out of their way to accomocate us! We forgot to book an extra night and they met us early and made the process seamless.!

Gorgeous & charming!

The apartment is absolutely stunning. We love the exposed stone & the beamed ceilings & the location of the apartment is perfect for a stay in Ragusa Ibla. The place is beautifully & lovingly restored & all the details inside were perfect. Plus, it's only a short walk to the Duomo and to the piazza where there are restaurants & shops. The check-in was seamless & the owner met us & was a gracious host. I highly recommend the apartment.

This home is beautiful inside and in a wonderful area of Ragusa Ibla. My only complaint is that there is NOT on site parking. We were very confused as to where to park, relative to the home. We had to wait for the host to show us where to park and where the home was, which was quite a ways away. We had midsize suitcases that were too heavy to carry a long way and upstairs, so we had to pack only what we needed in carry-on bags. This is a nice spot to stay, but don’t expect to have any luggage that you can’t carry easily.

Ragusa Experience

Property manager is terrific! We had some difficulty locating the property. He responded immediately and helped us park our car and transport luggage. Food treats awaited us at the apartment. It was within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Good experience overall!

Modern apartment in the historic center

The host welcomed us super friendly, waiting at the parking spot on the street to hold parking for us and gave us the parking allawance for free parking. He even carried our two suitcases upstairs to the appartment. The appartment was renovated, modern designed and spacious, with bricks and wooden detailed interior. Located just a few steps from the Ibla’s monuments, a cathedral and a restaurant & bar streets. The kitchen is well equipped, with coffee and tea machine as well and breakfast in the fridge. The hydro massage shower is excellent. The bedroom has a balcony. At night it was really quite. We fully enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to those who love comfort.
