There is a shower and a cloakroom on the ground floor, along with a kitchen with dining area and woodburner, a sitting room with dining area and a large room for bikes and equipment storage. Outside are terraced gardens and ample off road parking. Stiniog Lodge is set in a quiet location but with cycle tracks, walks, slate caverns and more on the doorstep, with the mountains of Snowdonia and the wonderful coastline also within easy reach.

Many glorious local beaches, suitable for children, are within easy driving distance.
