This was one of the best places we have stayed in so far. Excellent location. Very comfortable home. Had everything you could need. Had a gas hob!! And very spacious kitchen. Beautiful backyard with a river. Private driveway for parking. Great price for what you get! Close to hiking trails and all that Betws-y-coed has to offer. Highly recommend!! Only difficulty was communication as there was something wrong with the VRBO email or messaging system so if you don’t have a phone to call was a little slow but we were able to make it work.

I cannot fault this place.
I cannot fault this place. In the heart of Betws-yCoed and yet set secluded with a garden tumbling down to the river.Four well appointed bedrooms. Nice living room space and a big enough table in the kitchen/dining room to all sit around and eat. Good cooking facilities. We spend lovely morning ssat in the garden drinking coffee and chatting.

Having been twice over 10 years ago we have noticed that it is now ready for a refurbishing with the modernising with a new tv with more choice of channels new kitchen Equipment new bedding over all A lovely location & cottage Just need to re invest in up keep
House was well equipped, warm and provided everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Some of the furniture was tired and it was obvious that nobody had stayed recently as we had to vacuum quite a few cobwebs from most rooms. The lounge had a musty smell on arrival and an air freshener was needed. These did not spoil our break. Satellite TV was provided but the television was old and couldn't receive any BBC channels.(ITV, 4 and 5 were ok). Most other channels were only available with a viewing card which was not provided. The weather being wet meant a lot of time was spent indoors so TV was in constant use.
