Great seaview

Very nice rustic house,with everything you need.I had no car,but cafe,shops,farmaci,hotel,church are in walking distance.And bus is very conveniant,much used by the locals. Maria,the landlady,came with bananas and potatoes from the backyard,always there to help you. First time in Madeira,but not the last,strange place.

Maria hat uns mit Kartoffeln aus dem Garten begrüßt und mit Honigkuchen verabschiedet. Meine Buchung zeigte einen Frühbucherrabatt an, mit dem die Vermieterin nicht wirklich einverstanden war. Wir haben ihr noch 20 Euro erstattet von den 24 Euro Frühbucherrabatt. Die Wohnung ist für den Sommer bestimmt super, für uns war sie etwas zu kalt und zu dunkel. (Februar). Alles war sauber, doch das Bad könnte etwas aufgehübscht werden. Wir haben gut geschlafen, die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse ist super schön. Für Ausflüge und Wanderungen liegt die Ferienwohnung/Haus super.

Mooi uitzicht

Het bovenhuis biedt een prachtig uitzichr op de oceaan aan de noordzijde van Madeira. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis voor zowel bezoek aan het westen ( pont Moniz ) of naar het oosten (Santana, en diverse wandel gebieden aldaar). Ponte delgado heeft een supermarktje en een benzinepomp. Leuk zijn de natuurlijke zwembaden in Seixal en Pont Moniz . De huiseigenaar Maria is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huisje is qua inrichting wel wat gedateerd, maar het is schoon en alles werkt wel gewoon. Als je dat geen bezwaar vindt is het er prima toeven. Op het terras hangt een hangmat , verder staat er tuinmeubilair.

Agreable maison avec super vue

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Maria. Accueil discret et chaleureux, maison hyper propre. La vue est magnifique sur toute la côte pour admirer de superbes couchers de soleil dans le hamac sur la terrasse. Léger bemol pour la circulation dans la rue aux heures d'embauche et de débauche. Nous recommandons chaudement

Beautiful vacation with a lovely host

Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen und super um die wunderschöne Nordseite zu erkunden. Das Apartment hat zwar schon einige Jahre erlebt ist aber super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt einem an nichts um lecker kochen oder sogar waschen zu können. Maria die Besitzerin hatte uns auch leckeres traditionelles Gebäck gebracht und Kartoffeln aus dem eigenen Garten bereit gelegt. Sehr freundlich! Das Apartment können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und hat eine vollausgestattete Küche. Die Wohnung ist zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, genügt aber allen Ansprüchen. Auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick kann man herrlich frühstücken. Die Vermieterin Maria ist eine äußerst zuvorkommende und nette Frau, die uns sogar mit Früchten aus ihrem eigenen Garten versorgt hat.

peaceful place with lovely terrace and views

House with sea views in a quiet town

This house is close to bus stops, and within walking distance of restaurants and a grocery store, also a museum we enjoyed visiting. The seascapes viewed from the church when the sea was active were some of the best anywhere. The owner of the house is very generous in many ways. She even gave us some homemade sweetbread and other goodies she bought for us. She was always ready to help in any way at all. A very pleasant lady, which made our stay that much more enjoyable.

Eine Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Charme. Maria, die Vermieterin, hat uns freundlich begrüßt. In der Küche lagen für uns Kartoffeln aus eigener Ernte und in der Obstschale Mandarinen. Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen. Von der Terrasse aus kann man das Rauschen der Brandung erleben.

trés agréable séjour

Gite pratique conforme à la description hôte trés sympathique, présente à l'écoute et serviable. Trés bien situé près de la voie rapide qui permet de visiter l'ile facilement et loin du bruit de Funchal. Nous recommendons vivement cette location.
