Highlight sind die Terrassen (eigene Terrasse am Appartement und Gemeinschaftsdachterrasse mit Blick auf Meer und Liparische Inseln). Bei offenen Fenstern kann die nahegelegene Straße auch mal laut werden. Die Marina ist fuläufig erreichbar und bietet einen kl. Supermarkt sowie Restaurants und Bars. Der Hauptort mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielen Cafes, Restaurants und langer Promenade ist per Auto zu erreichen. Das gilt auch für größere Supermärkte. Man kann sehr gut Tagesausflüge per Schiff auf verschiedene der Liparischen Inseln unternehmen.
