Old nineteenth century rural house, lately restored, beautifully landscaped, at only 900 mt. from the shore, before the Eolie islands

The apartment takes the place of the old oil mill on ground floor, attentively redecorated respecting the natural enviroment. Ideal place to pass relaxing vacations delighted by evening coolness (rare in Sicily's summers).The whole building is composed by a family house, occasionally occupied by the owners, and two indipendent apartements on ground floor.Each apartment has a large equipped solarium and gives on to the large flourishing garden, full of fruit trees, giving the possibility to eat outdoors under the gazebo surrounded by the shent of orange blossoms and jasmin.Guests also may appreciate the outside kitchen with barbecue, the laundry space and the outdoor shower with warm water.The appartment itself is composed by a main bed-room, a double bed-room, a confortable living-room with kitchen and bed-sofa and a bath-room with shower.At the entrance of the propriety there is a safe covered parking area.This unique area of Sicily is characterized by the green "Nebrodi" mountains and the clear blue Tirreno sea. You may easily reach, in a few minutes, eather the beautiful sandy beaches or the natural mountain trekking and horse back riding facilities. Only a few kilometres away you may visit the "Nebrodi Park", the biggest protected area of Sicily, always rich of things to do.
