Lovely villa

Really lovely villa, with everything you could want for quiet and relaxed family stay. Lively town but with beautiful restaurants on the beach. Cádiz nearby really interesting city and well worth a visit.

Nice vacation home and nice pool. Beautiful beaches i the area. Did not notice it was a house were smoking was allowed when I rente the house, but was not a larger challenge. Nice and friendly host but my Spanish was a bit too rusty to communicate

Alojamiento bien cuidado y perfecto para vacaciones en familia. Zona tranquila alejada del bullicio pero con todo lo práctico alrededor. La vivienda cuenta con todo lo necesario: salón amplio para todas las personas, TV y aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, porche cubierto para los días de levante o calurosos.Además, contar con piscina privada es un plus, la disfrutamos mucho en familia aunque es sombría por la tarde. Para amenizar el entretenimiento: futbolín, diana...¡y una tortuga!. Espaciosa entrada para aparcar vehículo.Como puntos siempre a mejorar, pondría una papelera WC en el baño de abajo. Las almohadas tipo "puf" (cuestión de gustos/colores) demasiado blandas y bajas. Un aseo en el lavadero para no tener que entrar en la vivienda después de la piscina. También echamos en falta algún insecticida para combatir hormigas.Anfitrión atento y amable. Nos recibió tanto en la llegada como en la salida. Si estás pensando en veranear y estás leyendo este comentario, no lo dudes...te va a gustar muchísimo. ¡Muchas gracias Francisco, espero que sea la 1era de muchas!

Das Haus ist geräumig und schön, Außenanlagen umfangreich, (sauber mit Kunstrasen). Die Schließanlage schien kompliziert, funktionierte dann aber. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich, spricht aber nur spanisch.Sanitäre Anlagen und Fußböden waren sauber (Küchengeräte und Arbeitsplatten weniger.)Das knapp 5x5 m große Pool ist gut für Familien und uneinsehbar (leider etwas sandig).Die Lage ist in einem weitläufigen Wohngebiet (ca. 3 km zum Strand) mit vielen Hunden in der Nachbarschaft. Wer Hundegebell und -geheul nicht mag, sollte Hörschutz für die Nacht dabeihaben.Ein Supermarkt und eine Bar sind in Fußnähe.

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en familia en el chalet. La casa es cómoda, bien equipada y perfecta para descansar. Tiene de todo. La piscina ideal para cuando hay levante. La zona es tranquila pero cerca de todo. Francisco fue muy atento desde el primer momento, siempre disponible para cualquier duda o necesidad.

Buena casa

En general está muy bien, acorde a lo mostrado en el anuncio. Es grande y cómoda. El patio es amplio y soleado, hemos podido desayunar y cenar en él comodamente. A la piscina por la tarde le da la sombra pronto pero no ha sido un problema. Quizá habría que hacer algo con el césped que tiene el recinto de la piscina y que no invita a poner toallas. El "pero" lo pone el aire acondicionado estropeado en 2 habitaciones y que quedó solventado, más o menos, con ventiladores
