Lovely wee cottage.. buncrana ideal for 1 ,2,3,or 4 quest's

This cottage has one small room with single bed and two rooms with double beds one other room at outhouse with double sofa bed has a lovely kitchen and living room it has two shower rooms with two bathrooms,the place has been refurbished and is right on town of Buncrana right beside all amenities, for long walks and a great shopping wee town. The cottage is situated in a picturesque Irish Town. You will get a True Irish experience at the many local pubs and restaurants. There are also many swimming and fishing opportunities nearby. Theres a supermarket a minutes walk away for your shopping needs and has a deli counter.theres also an 18 and 9 golf courses one is a links.the bars have great irish music and have a great atmosphere so im sure theres something for everyone .theres a cinema across the street with cafes for your taste very relaxed town it has private parking for two cars.the cottage is comfortable for one two three or 4 people any more be a bit cramped sorry no pets allowed as I had bother with a dog owner who had the place covered in dog hair and never bothered cleaning it

Good location and hosts, but very damp

This location right in Buncrana was great. It slept a lot of people and had the basics covered. But the whole place felt like it had been closed up for a long time and not aired out. Everything smelt like mildew/damp. It also seemed like someone had smoked indoors for many years. After I left my clothes had to be washed to get the smell out. The place had the basics of what we needed, but that was about it. There was no wifi either. I wouldn't stay here again and couldn't really recommend it. The hosts were kind and I think with some improvements this could be a nice place, but not in it's current state.

Sorry you feel like this but just to let you know that we do not allow smoking indoors and probably was open fire which people in Ireland use with turf or logs which you might not use in America ,The cottage is cleaned and aired regularly. As for WiFi it is not conducive to relaxing atmosphere of cottage. You can always use your own WiFi log in whilst out and about.the cottage damp problem had been fixed a week before you came so maybe you had a bit of slight smell but fixed and has been newly renovated the damp we found was a leak in water pipe which isn't unusual in this country I'm a bit taken back as to you putting it on review as if you had of just said I would of put you into another accommodation elsewhere but my cleaner told me all was ok so i believe her i honestly think you over exaggerated a bit

very close to the town and to get out and about there is very much to see and do in the surrounding
