Balcón de Nut II (2/3 people) is a charming Full Rental Rural House, with a completely fenced 650 m2 plot, with an independent garden for this house and 150 m from the town center, in an area surrounded by meadows. Also built in rustic style, with ceilings, wooden beams and noble materials.

From Balcony of Nut II, on its large porch, you can enjoy excellent views of the town, at night with the illuminated church tower, and the Sierra de Guadarrama (Seven Peaks and the Dead Woman). In your garden we will find mainly ash, lilies, a beech, an almond tree, a willow tree and aromatic plants.
