Balcón de Nut I (4/5 people) is a cozy Rural House of Complete Rental, with a plot of 500 m2, completely fenced, with independent garden for this house and 150 m from the town center, for your peace of mind, in a surrounded area of meadows and with unbeatable views of the Sierra de Guadarrama NP. It is built in a rustic style, with wood, stone and noble materials.

From El Balcón de Nut I you can enjoy an extraordinary panoramic view, by day, from its wide and comfortable porch you can look through the entire Sierra de Guadarrama National Park in its fullness (Malagosto, Siete Picos, Navacerrada, La Mujer Muerta ...); and at night the balcony from where to observe the stars. In its pleasant garden we will find mainly yews and lilies accompanied by ash trees, oaks, roses, vines, a quince and an apple tree.

Establishment with Bikefriendly Certification. It has a Bike space, where you can store your bicycles safely, small workshop for your repairs, electric sockets for ebikes, routes with downloadable tracks, both for btt and for road.
