Located on one of the best golf resorts on the island, with wonderful golf courses, and only 10 minutes away from the famous beach of Maspalomas, facing south with wonderful views. Surrounded by nature, silence and tranquillity, it allows a relaxed stay on the best part of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling or trekking, or just relaxing with yoga sessions, massages and walks surrounded by nature.



The ground floor consists of an open area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, connected through big glass sliding doors to a covered terrace, and a separate bedroom area with two twin beds and a full private bathroom. The first floor consists of one bedroom with a king size bed, a complete bathroom, and a solarium terrace. The villa is surrounded by a nice garden and a private, heated swimming pool.



Top quality materials have been used for its construction. There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the villa. It has a private parking space for one vehicle. It also has access to a bigger swimming pool for common use by the surrounding villas. The golf resort urbanisation is private, with continuous surveillance, supermarket, restaurants, and two complete golf courses, with special conditions for the guests of the villa. Access to the motorway is less than 1 km away and the airport is 20-25 minutes away.

Fabulous villa

With an elevated position overlooking La salobre golf course the villa has great views and lots of privacy. Just as in the pictures the layout is light and spacious with several terraces to catch the sun. Would recommend for a quiet break.

Eine ruhige und schöne Anlage

Die Villa liegt in einem wirklich schönem Golf Ressort. Ein herrlicher Ausblick in die Berge, das naheliegende Hotel bietet hervorragende Restaurants. Der Pool der Villa ist sehr klein, eignet sich im Sommer wahrscheinlich zur Abkühlung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Geadverteerd als volledig gerenoveerd ,,, maar er waren toch enkele minpunten die gelukkig door Heni van suite dreams voortreffelijk werden opgelost !! We verbleven 53 dagenHet servies was erg mager , 1 cava glas , 3 wijn glazen wel 12 waterglazen ! Kregen na enkele dagen Ikea borden en bierglazen ! De parasol voet is gebroken , de gordijn haakjes zijn gebroken , zodat gordijnen niet volledig verduisteren , ??? Geen strijkplank en het strijkijzer was in beduchte staat Maar het zicht en de rust en de terrassen en de bedden waren super. Dus we besloten om volgend jaar terug te gaan omdat Heni ons toch heel lief hielp

Wir kommen wieder

Nachdem die Gastgeberin Henriett -von Suite Dreams- die Mängel behoben hatte, hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. Es fehlt noch an verschiedenen Stellen Sonnenschutz, aber Henriett will sich darum kümmern. Die Lage der Villa ist super.

Spacious, clean, modern, beautifully presented villa with everything you need. Stunning views of golf course , mountains and sea. Gorgeous garden perfectly maintained with private pool. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Short 8 min walk to the Spar at entrance to Resort and only 10 mins to Maspalomas/Melonoras by Taxi (or Resort Shuttle) Large communal pool less than 1 minute walk from villa. Booking process, all communication and check in are made so easy and stress free by property managers. Definitely recommend a visit

Die Realität ist noch besser als die Fotos! Sehr gute Ausstattung, tolle Aussicht, Frühstück im Sonnenaufgang, … Kleinere Probleme und fehlende Ausstattung wurden super schnell erledigt. Reinigung zwischendurch prima. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

beautiful villa with great views

the villa was beautiful, clean, offered great views, bed in masterbedroom was big, pool was heated, checkin and communication with property manager smooth. I hesitated between 4and 5 stars. 4 because there were some minor shortcomings such as missing matrasse protectors, weak wifi connection (in the masterbedroom) and some minor maintenance imperfections (bidet, curtains, sink plug) but we really enjoyed staying in the villa that I leaned to 5 stars.

Great home

Lovely home with a large deck and small pool. We really enjoyed this property - it worked very well for our family of four. I would recommend for future guests a detailed guidebook with information on how things work in the home, where to find certain things, etc, as well as a few more essential items - more towels and bathmats, spices and olive oil for basic cooking, etc - to help make the stay more enjoyable. But overall, we loved our time at this home. Thank you.

Magnifique Villa bien située

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse dans ce petit coin de paradis. À part la piscine qui est un peu petite, la maison est très bien située à côté du club house (pour les golfeur) et bien agencée. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec de la vaisselle en suffisance. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette Villa.
