Great location and beautifully kept resort

Beautiful property with a fantastic outlook over the lake. We only stayed 2 nights as we were attending a family wedding so didn’t get to check out the local area, but the lakeside complex itself was lovely and peaceful.

Scenic and relaxing

Immaculately presented and well stocked property, perfect for a long weekend with friends or family. So much to do on site and in the surrounding area in any weather, we had a fantastic time and would happily return.

Great time had by all

Annual family get together, 3 generations all catered for extremely well, sorry won’t be able to return next year, as new arrival due in August, ( too many of us) Can recommend staying here 5 stars

Friends Reunited

A fantastic trip away with friends in a cottage that was not only ideally situated, but had everything you could possibly ask for. Will definitely recommend and be visiting again.

Lovely property, well described, lots to do nearby

We really enjoyed our stay with our grown-up children. The property was very clean and had plenty of everything (not just the exact number of plates/glasses etc as some do) also plenty of games and racquets for the nearby tennis court. Lovely to see all the waterbirds from the veranda. We explored local villages and towns and had a perfect time!

Wonderful 70th Birthday trip

The property was immaculate, well equipped to suit all ages in a wonderful location overlooking a lake with fountain. From buckets and spades (which we didn’t make use of) to a variety of music - it had everything you could want for a relaxing stay. We spent a wonderful few days exploring the area on walks and sampling the excellent food on offer at local restaurants. Couldn’t fault it!

Perfect place for peace

This was our base for a group of friends to have some time away for two nights. The house was as described. Clearly some thought had gone into making the stay as easy as possible - there were som really nice touches throughout, including an unusually informative information folder. It’s a very comfy home from home and there’s plenty to do nearby. I would recommend this for friends or for a family to have a nice getaway.

Lovely cosy stay on two wet & cold days. Everything had been thought of. Really well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, lots of towels, nice comfy sofas for Granny to sit on - to name just a few things we liked. Thanks very much!

Perfect holiday home

This is a lovely holiday lodge overlooking the lake. The house was very clean and well equipped with modern fixtures and fittings. Wi-fi is very strong, there is a Wii for gaming and a large freeview TV. On-site there are 3 tennis courts, a play area, and space for other activities. Communications with Sharon beforehand were excellent, and the house was easy to access and the perfect place to relax!

Very well equipped and nice location

Chose this property because it was located conveniently for a trip back to the home country (living in the USA for 25 years) with our adult daughter to meet with various family groups scattered around the UK. The house was exceptionally well equipped for us to host family members coming (groups of 8 at a time in some cases) to spend the day with us. Very pleasant surrounding area was a bonus for us, as was the room full of kids games (one of our visitors was 3 years old). Sharon the host was very helpful with any questions.

A beautiful setting and lovely home.

We traveled to England from Texas with four adult children. Finding a nice property with five separate beds was challenging. We looked at tons and were thrilled with the one we chose. (The twin beds were a bit cramped for two adult men, but they made it work.) The setting was beautiful, the home immaculate, and we loved the thoughtful extra amenities. It's a great centralized location to tour the Cotswolds.

What an amazing lodge! Beautifully decorated, vey comfortable, modern, extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean in every way and in the most stunning location. Sitting on the terrace overlooking the lake, watching the birdlife, was just bliss. There was not a single negative. Perfectly located for enjoying the many delights of the cotswolds. Sharon was a joy as a host and we felt it truly mattered to her that her guests had a great experience. The best holiday lodge we have ever stayed in and we can't wait to return. Thank you,

Perfect for a small group

Immaculate property in a safe and secure holiday park. The lodge is even nicer and more spacious than it looks in the photographs. We were seven adults and for a weekend of eating, drinking and chatting it was perfect. We were able to have food delivered to the door by South Cerney Tandoori and a very nice restaurant The Old Boathouse is a very short walk. Both of which meant no designated drivers or taxis were required. We'd go back in a flash. :o)

Home away from home

A lovely and informative host. The house is fully equipped with smart TV, fair sized refrigerator, modern radiators, washer, dehumidifier for laundry, washing pods, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and board games. We sure didn’t find a need to leave the house except for a stroll around the ponds and having fun at the playground and tennis court. The house is also child friendly. To top it off, Sharon made sure to provide detailed information prior to our arrival. Within few hours of cozying up in the house, we’ve regretted booking just for a few days. Definitely recommended. Thank you so much x

Our family had a wonderful time. We stayed for 3 nights over Christmas (including Christmas day). This is our 3rd Christmas in a row at The Cotswolds Water Park, but our first time at this Lodge. The entire experience, from the time of booking to checkout was great. Our host Sharon communicated with me throughout the booking and replied to all my messages incredibly quickly and she was super helpful. The house is gorgeous and so cosy. A real home from home. My family andI felt so comfortable. The views back and front of the lake are stunning. We had swans and ducks visit us each morning on the back terrace and Sharon even provided duck food for us to feed them, much to the delight of our 4 year old granddaughter. Sharon very kindly decorated the house for Christmas and left us a beautiful Christmas tree, which we hugely appreciated. The house is very warm and cosy throughout. Its incredibly clean and well equipped and stocked. The attention to detail is amazing. Sharon honestly has thought of everything. Oh she also kindly left us a pannettone, which is my favourite Christmas dessert. The beds are very comfy and everyone slept so well. I could go on all day about how much we enjoyed our stay and we would love to return, perhaps in the summer. A lovely house

We stayed at this property in July and had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and spacious and absolutely everything you needed to provided. Being July it was fairly warm and the house even had fans in each bedroom which was a lovely touch. Will definitely be staying again.

A lodge with an idyllic view

A well looked after 3 bedroomed lodge with decking overlooking Isis Lake in the Cotswolds. Perfect for our family of grandparents, son & daughter-in-law, and three grandsons - one a toddler who slept in a cot in his parents room. The kitchen was well stocked as was the secret cupboard off the lounge with an array of indoor and outdoor games. The onsite play/sports activities were used by us all.

Family Weekend

We had a very enjoyable weekend in this beautifully positioned property. There were lots of activities on site for the grandchildren to enjoy and it was an excellent base for exploring the Cotswolds.
