Attic apartment a few steps from Piazza del Comune Assisi.
At the top floor of a historic palace of Assisi, it has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom.
At guests' disposal there is also a hallway with sink and washing machine.
In the city you find everything you need but if you want, you can manage yourself and use the kitchen equipped for your needs.
A person is at your disposal by phone, email or chat to help you during your holiday.
In the cost of the booking are already included bed and bath linen, courtesy kit and consumption. We will only have to ask you the tourist tax that the City requires us to collect: guests (adults) will pay 1 euro per night on arrival for a maximum of 3 nights.

Great place, great stay!

The location of the flat is amazing, just a few steps from San Francesco. The flat is spacious and functional, there is everything you need. Check in was smooth and Sara particularly helpful!

The host was welcoming. Amenities good.Issue was steep stairs to get to the bedroom. For wifi, you had to go to 5th floor, it was lije there was no wifi in the house.

A haven in the loft

Very clean, Sara was in communication all the time. The last set of stairs is narrow and a bit steep, so watch your step, especially if you have a suitcase. Shouldn't deter. I think if the property has wifi it would be a good thing.

Accueil très chaleureux par une amie de la propriétaire nous expliquant tout, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.La literie est excellente, il y a l'essentiel pour un séjour. L'endroit est très calme avec la possibilité d'accéder au jardin de l'immeuble, tout en étant en plein centre d'Assise.L'accès est peut-être difficile avec un bébé ou de petits enfants

Appartement très bien situé à Assise, c'est une petite ville ravissante, son patrimoine spirituel est très riche avec saint François, sainte Claire, et aujourd’hui Carlo Acutis, les paysages sont somptueux !

Pax et Bonum über den Dächern Assisis

Eine wunderschöne Oktoberwoche im herbstlich-sonnigen Assisi geht zu Ende. Der Aufenthalt in unserem italienischen Apartamento mitten in der Stadt hat uns sehr gefallen - schlicht und bescheiden, liebevoll und willkommend - wohnen wie Franz und Klara.

La mansarda Si trova all'interno di un palazzo d'epoca. La posizione è centralissima. È silenzioso e sicuro anche se si dovesse viaggiare da soli! Super consigliato!

Trusting relation and very cosy apartment

Cosy and superbly situated and quiet. Plenty of space for two ablebodied persons. Kitchen a little under-equipped for our purposes (eat at home). All clean, neat and hostess most kind and trusting despite the fun of communicating in Italian since no English spoken. Only drawback was the attick ceiling with its obvious lack of windows other than in roof

L'appartamento è una mansarda molto accogliente, posta in posizione molto strategica per visitare la città. Comodo anche rispetto il parcheggio gratuito poco distante per poter lasciare l'auto.
