About this property

Kentucky Lake 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bath Private Home W/Private Dock.

Our private home (not a part of Moors Resort) is located on Kentucky Lake and is overlooking the water. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, that has recently been renovated and new to the VRBO market, however, this will be our second home on Kentucky Lake that is on VRBO, if you would like to check out our other property it is VRBO 343347. There is a huge deck for entertaining and it is just a short (approximately 150 ft) walk to the water. All bedrooms have televisions and DVD players. The master bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom with stand up shower, king size bed, and has a 42 inch LED TV with DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 42 inch LED TV with DVD player. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a twin loft bed above it with a 42 inch LED TV and a DVD player. The den has a set of twin bunk beds. Summary for sleeping: 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 loft bed, twin bunk beds, 2 full size pull out couches.

Kentucky Lake is about being outside, we make every effort to be a MOSQUITO FREE lake house, our home is treated throughout the year by MOSQUITO AUTHORITY and they guarantee a mosquito free environment. If you see a mosquito while you are on our property call us and Mosquito Authority will come and treat the area again.

For the 2021 Rental season, we will only rent weekly from Friday to Friday May 7, 2021 until October 1, 2021. The cost is $2,450.00 per week plus taxes and fees. During the off season we have a 3 night minimum at $250.00 per night plus taxes and $150.00 cleaning fee.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open to one another and are a comfortable place for the whole family to enjoy. In addition, there is another TV room with a 65 inch LED TV with DVD player and a huge bar area with dart board and plenty of seating for everyone. Each living area has a pull out sleeper sofa.

The house is equipped with wireless cable internet, so for those who need the internet, we have it at no additional charge.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking for the whole gang. Pots, pans, griddle, plates, coffee maker, toaster, etc...

The massive deck is outfitted with two patio sets and a charcoal grill. This area overlooks the water and is the best seat in the house.

Cleanliness is our number one priority. This house is professionally cleaned after every stay, no matter how short.

40th Wedding Anniversary GET A WAY

We had a GREAT TIME....Home layout was AWESOME for us....Loved the Den area w/ very large TV and Bar area....Living rm w another TV above the F/P was open to Dining area and Kitchen...Kitchen was VERY well STOCKED with everything we needed...The HUGH deck off of the dining rm was great for BBQing and Dining with plenty of patio furniture.... there was also a smaller deck off of the owners suite with a gas fire pit nice touch....The Home was very clean upon our arrival....Location was great a short walk to Moors Marina with boat rentals, bait, small store, ice cream/ snack food counter and we also had Ralph's Harborview Bar and Grill right around the corner....You won't go wrong staying here...We'll be back...This is the second time we rented one of Carla's places on KY Lake she is awesome to work with....Thanks again for a AWESOME Vacation Rental experience Carla...Wally & Sharon, Paul & Julia

Lovely Lakeview!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bayview! The house was pristine with good quality linens. Loved the den area for hanging out together. The lakeview was lovely even during the winter. We saw lots of birds and even had an eagle fly over! The deck is HUGE with tons of seating. Carla was very responsive to any of my questions. The house is located in a quiet residential area. The house was great, perfect location. Plenty of room for everyone. First time to Kentucky lake, was a little disappointed to find the lake levels had been lowered but the house was perfect.

Inside was very nice and clean. It was well stocked, except there was not an ironing board or iron which the site says it did have!! Needed it for the wedding dress clothes, so that was a little tough! Very close to the marina and lake. Would definitely recommend this property!

The house was clean and comfortable. Had plenty of room for a family of 4. Very nice deck to sit on.

We enjoyed the pontoon boat being able to go out on water was nice. It was a good place to see the eclipse. Has a nice size back yard wish I would have remember to take outside games like corn hole or ladder toss. Inside there were plenty of places to sit and enjoy company. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Grill is charcoal so be prepared to buy charcoal and lighter fluid.Beds comfortable and it was nice to be able to do laundry. My family and I had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.

Beautiful Remodeled Kentucky Lake House

Our family loved this freshly updated, spacious home 2 minutes walk from The Moors Resort restaurant and marina. View the lake from the huge deck and walk down to the backyard dock for fishing and bird watching. Kitchen with new appliances and fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware and cooking utensils. Giant family room with bar, comfortable couches and large tv. Nicely decorated and very clean. Would stay here again!
