Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. LPG central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included, remainder at £5 per basket. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. External games room with pool table, table tennis and table football.. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Hot tub for 6 (private). 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm and sheep country). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £150.. This spacious, detached, single-storey cottage has been fully renovated to a very good standard, and is situated on the owners’ a working sheep and dairy farm. With its own private hot tub and barbecue area, the cottage offers views over open countryside and is situated close to the towns of Dalry and Lochwinnoch. For walkers or those bringing their four legged friends, there are dog and boot washing facilities.

Located on Scotland’s west coast, the property is ideally located to explore the beauty of the Ayrshire coastline. Ayrshire offers a varied coastline with villages, beaches and rocky coves to explore, and is an ideal location for cyclists and walkers with Skelmorlie heralding the start of the Ayrshire Coastal Path, a 100-mile long coastal walk. Inland there is walking, cycling, gardens and castles to visit along with opportunities to ride, fish and golf (the world famous Turnberry course is nearby). Culzean Castle Country Park, extending for over 550 acres, has a network of wooded trails passing along the beach. For water sports, Castle Semple is within easy reach, and mountain bike hire can be found at Lochwinnoch, 5 miles away.

Explore the islands of Cumbrae, Arran and the Isle of Bute or catch a ferry to Dunoon and the Cowal Peninsula which gives you great access to the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. Glasgow and Edinburgh are easily reached for a day trip. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

The cottage is in great condition and it's presentation is fantastic. I really couldn't think of a single negative. Both me and my wife really enjoyed our stay. The garden is fully enclosed and if you have a small dog there is nowhere for it to escape. All in all is the perfect cottage to take a break in..

A fabulous holiday cottage, very well equipped with everything from a rolling pin to Bluetooth speaker. A Sovereign wood burning stove was not only easy to light it kept the whole house warm. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the welcome pack was probably the best we’ve ever had and included Prosecco, eggs and biscuits! What an amazing cottage.

What an amazing cottage. Moreen the owner has literally thought of everything you could ever need. It was like a home. The things she provides are over and above what she needs to, so she really cares about her guests. She even left us Prosecco scones and strawberry’s. lovely touches. There was robes, slippers, fully stocked kitchen with bread butter milk and all the utensils and condiments. Wood for the fire, books for all ages, DVD’s for all ages, games etc. The cottage is done out beautifully and it’s spotlessly clean. The hot tub is lovely and I love the fact it’s sheltered. We didn’t get a chance to use the games room but again done out brilliant and a lovely addition. There’s a few small shops and takeaways close by. Moreen gave us a warm welcome and was happy to help with anything. We would definitely consider returning. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The cottage was fantastic.

The cottage was fantastic. A real home from home. The welcome pack we got was one of the best we’ve had and we have lots of long weekend away breaks. The owner of the cottage was very welcoming and friendly. We had an issue with the hot tub which was resolved straight away.
