Lovely cosy cottage in a beautiful peaceful location on the edge of woods though only 5 minutes from Beaches and all Amenities. Large comfortable Lounge with Woodturning Stove, three sofas (one a sofa bed), Dining Table and four chairs, TV, DVD player etc. First full basket of logs provided free of charge. Full kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Plenty of equipment provided for cooking and eating. Shower room. Freezer and Washing Machine in Hall plus extra foldaway table and chairs.

Upstairs - 2 double bedrooms - one double bed with memory foam mattress, large Velux window looking out to the trees, second bedroom 2 single beds and wash hand basin. Hall with drawer unit.

Outside - own fenced Garden plus Picnic Area and Barbecue.

Everything provided for your comfort - a home from home.

Though we didn't have a pet, it seemed very dog friendly, food and water dishes, secure garden etc. Host was helpful and friendly, comfy cottage, well equipped kitchen and really comfy beds. Small private sitting area as well as garden .A small , but steep incline on road up to location, if you have walking difficulties .We are In our 70s and was fine.

Pet Friendly Cottage

Spent a lovely few days at the Hobbit Cottage. It has a dog friendly garden and it is a short walk to Kames Bay. You can access the Cathedral of the Isles from the end of the cul-de-sac which takes less than 5 minutes. The cottage is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. June, our host, was very attentive and you only had to ask if you needed anything.

Had a great time at the Hobbit Cottage. We went for a relaxing holiday and got what we went for. Accommodation and weather were great. The cottage has everything you need to make your stay feel like a home from home šŸ”. Thanks to June and the dogs who made us feel so welcome, we will hopefully be returning next year. Ps Mags and Baillie loved the fenced in garden.

June is so lovely, friendly & went out of her way to helpā€¦cottage is a real home from home with everything required to make your stay very comfortableā€¦.lovely secluded garden which would have been perfect for our nervous dog but weather was not kind enough to allow us to enjoy. Next time highly recommend hoping to return soon

Hobbit cottage

This property is perfect for a few days away, close to all amenities if you require them. I was there with my sister and my dog and it was just right for us. Beautiful walks, and beaches for the dog to run about. Very comfortable and has everything you need.

Wonderful Break!

Cosy, peaceful, quirky cottage with its own private garden. Very spacious for us two, there is another bedroom with two single beds for additional family to join. Lots of kitchen equipment, DVD's and log burning fire etc for rainy days! Lovely host!
