Cypress wood floors and bay windows give this home a comfy, warm feel. The large, fenced-in backyard boasts large trees and privacy The outdoor pool cage is lost due to recent hurricanes. The grill and seating area, however, will be screened in. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just on the edge of downtown, it's in walking distance to parks and tennis courts, and a 5 minute drive from the downtown core where farmer's markets and other street fairs happen year-round. It's also close to a variety of art performance halls and the best dining and night life in the city–bout a 15-minute drive from Lido Key beaches and 20 to Siesta.
