30 FT LONG HEATED POOL. 8 minutes away from downtown Sarasota. Walking distance to a major plaza that has grocery store, Starbucks, Planet Fitness, restaurants, and more. 15 minutes to Lido Key beach. 20 minutes to Siesta Key Beach.

This house has a very attractive open floor plan. Fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own TV. Family room has a big TV, games and toys.

Enjoyed everything about the property and location.House was very nicely stocked with many extras, which means a lot when you are flying into town. You don't have to go to the store and everything. Six adults for a week and no one had any complaints. Pool was lovely and well maintained. Everything in the house worked well.Owner was quick to respond to any question.Location was great, especially for spring training games.Close to shopping and restaurants. Property was just as pictured. Everything was very new and well maintained. Plenty of bath and pool towels provided. This was our trip to Sarasota with the same friends but the firt time renting a house with pool. We all agreed that the pool was an excellent decision.

Enjoyable stay

The place had most everything we could want/need and everything was as advertised. Pool was great. However, we missed not having a screened-in lanai because of the mosquitos or whatever biting insects. We also would have liked an outdoor grill. Those were minor issues. Beds were comfortable. We felt safe but some of the surrounding homes in the neighborhood were not kept nearly as well as the unit we were in. Very convenient to most anything - short drive to town, Lido, etc.
