3 bedroom duplex apartment ideal for families. The balconies look directly onto the 1000 berth Vilamoura International Marina which is surrounded by chic, bars, boutiques and restaurants.

This property is all about location location location and is right in the middle of the action.

Both the award winning Vilamoura & Falesia beaches are just under 1000m walk from the apartment and there are 5 excellent golf courses within 5 kms.

Boat trips of all kinds can be booked at the attractions office near the apartment and the main supermarket in Vilamoura is within easy walking distance as is the tennis club. In addition there is a major Water Park a few kms away for those family days away from the beach.

For those flying to Algarve Vilamoura is only about 20 minutes from Faro airport allowing a fast start to your holiday.

Agency above and beyond

Excellent location, good facilities, great BBQ, easy parking, easy access. But over and above all this, superb communication and help from the agent who responded over and above on small queries we had. Even her husband helped when we had a car malfunction on departure!

Apartment had cockroach infestation.When I told the rental agency she said it’s a problem all properties have in Villamoura.The apartment was dirty with hairs all over bathroom and toilets smelling strongly of urine.When I told the rental agency they said they would have the property cleaned the next day but they didn’t show up.Only air con in 2 out of 3 rooms.Bathrooms very old, chipped,worn smelly and dirty.Kitchen door fronts falling off, no plinths,worn, chipped, smelly and dirty.Fridges freeze.Dishwasher didn’t clean dishes.Dead bird in sun shade on balcony.Great central location but means it’s Very noisy at night as above restaurants and professional kitchens, clubs and bars.Staff from kitchens stand at back door smoking day and night.No curtains on front windows.Old worn dated apartment with terrible hygiene and cockroach infestation that is overpriced.There are definitely more affordable options in this central location that are modern and clean.Look elsewhere.

Great apartment, perfect location and views

The property was in an excellent location over looking Vilamoura Marina. Lovely terrace, sun all day with weber bbq. The property was large, clean, good kitchen, loads of plates and cutlery etc. nice bedrooms, plenty storage for golf kit. 2 bathrooms (all exactly like the pictures basically. Excellent communication with the owner/agent Lucy throughout the booking process, couldnt have been easier. Very simple check in process (security box). I would definitely recommend and will use again if available. 5 stars all round, many thanks

Great location, though needs some improvements

Positives - The location was amazing, it was centrally located for the marina and the beach. The AC worked well and the shutters were convenient, especially for small babies who took naps. Negatives - The flat was old and could use some improvements (e.g. the kitchen drawers were falling off, the dishwasher, and the bathrooms had cracks/holes where cockroaches were slipping through and getting in; we found like 4-5 over the course of 10 days). There are also 3 flights of stairs, which wasn't readily apparent from the photos, which was problematic for my 2.5 year old. We worked around it, but couldn't fully relax or let her roam because it was dangerous. It wasn't perfect, but we definitely enjoyed ourselves. It made it easy for our familly to enjoy the best of the beach and the marina/ shops/restaurants for the area. Recommend if you want the convenience of being right on the marina, without the pricetag of the Tivoli.

Excellent apartment, comfortable with a super view.

Excellent location, super view and a very comfortable apartment. Can be a little noisy, but small price for the location. The host (Lucy) was extremely helpful.

Bom dia Devo referir que a limpeza deixou muito a desejar mas acima de tudo a cozinha não está em linha com o preço praticado, com móveis velhos e electrodomesticos igualmente velhos. De referir que a meio da estadia tivemos problemas com a pia entupida e problemas com a maquina de lavar louça que inclusive teve de ser substituída.
